The villa was perfect for us in a relatively quiet street in a known location near to the harbour and shop/restaurants. It had all the facilities we needed with bathrooms for all and ample crockery for indoor use and plastic for outdoor. Cool refreshing pool with lots of loungers and seating. Benefit of washing machine as well. Can’t fault it really for two young-ish families

Super spacious villa with a lovely pool and seating area in a private and peaceful setting in Addaia. Having rented lots of different villas over the years would highly recommend this one!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful family holiday in this more than adequate family villa. There were 11 of us - 7 adults, 4 children but with 6 bathrooms (3 en-suite) a good sized lounge and kitchen/dining area a lovely pool and sun terrace there was plenty of room for us all. After a day in the pool we would take a short stroll to the local restaurants or would barbecue at home, buying food from the very well stocked local store. Addaia is a quiet area but Fornells and Arenal are not far away for those wishing to explore further.
Stayed there the first week of Aug 2022. Very clean and in a good location, shop and a pub within walking distance. Went paddle boarding, horse riding and lots more. Most places are 30 mins drive on the island so quite central. Had a slight problem with a bathroom door locking shut but problem was rectified the next day so speedy service.
We have had wonderful holidays in this family friendly villa, returning now for several years. It overlooks the Cali Moli river and there are sea views from the roof top sitting area. It is spotlessly clean and well kept, comfortably furnished and has all the facilities that you need for a great holiday. 4 bedrooms have en suites. There is TV, Wifi, and a film selection to suit all for evenings in. There is a quiet reading area and a second lounge. Outside there is an amazing heated swimming pool and on the patio a barbecue area together with a shaded dining area with ample sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a local shop which supplies most things together with freshly cooked bread every morning. There are restaurants for eating out within easy walking distance. We like the villa and the local area and will be returning next year.
Just a note to say we all had a great time at the villa last week, everything worked very well. The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. There were plenty of inflatables left from previous guests to add to those we had taken, so the kids had a ball. We will no doubt return at some stage. Kind regards Alan & Diana
