The location is less than 1 hour drive from Ancona airport, just 15 min. from the Adriatic sandy beaches and 40 min. from the mountains and the lakes, whilst local shops are just 2 minutes away.
The Farmhouse, Cottage and Barn are nestled in the centre of the property, which is accessed via a private road (with automated gates) and there are no other properties or roads nearby, thus guaranteeing guests full privacy in this idyllic rural oasis.
The pool area, fully fenced for safety, boasts a great solarium, a large gazebo and excellent quality sun loungers, is surrounded by olive trees. Its elevated position offers breathtaking views of uninterrupted natural scenery. Guests frequently remark how the photographs on the website simply do not do justice to the remarkable view. The pool is 10m x 5m x 1.4m in depth and is subject to routine inspections and cleaning by us, ensuring that the water remains consistently pristine and crystal clear.
