Villa 10 offers a modern villa situated on the Can Singala development less than 150m from the beach and Pine Walks . The villa boasts a secluded location ideal for the perfect holiday . The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large private pool which can be heated for guests staying outside the main summer months.

High speed WiFi and UK/Spanish TV is available. The villa has fully air conditioning for the summer months.

Set in its own secure gated grounds , the villa is all on one level and has parking immediately outside.

Due to its location there is no need for a car when staying at the villa as the resorts facilities are all within walking distance. For those wanting to explore the island the usual car hire companies offer competitive rental deals.

The villa is fully furnished to a high standard and we try to offer 'home from home ' comforts for your stay.

The master bedroom , with a queen sized bed enjoys its own private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and bath .

The second bedroom has a queen bed

The third bedroom has a double and single bed. This bedroom could sleep 3 children.

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom which has a walk in shower.

All bedrooms have patio doors leading either to the pool area or garden.

Cots and high chairs can be provided for family stays.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob , fridge freezer , dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has open plan lounge and dining area .

Outside we offer lots of space to sunbath , relax in the shade on the outside sofas/chairs or take a swim in the pool which is 10m x 5M which has step access at the shallow end. The roof terrace offers more outside space together with the table tennis table , fantastic views of the Tramuntana Mountains and if you look through the trees you can see the sea!!
