We stayed at this property in August 2023 and it provided our family with everything we needed in a holiday home for 2 weeks. Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. The kitchen provided us with all the items we needed (and more) and the laundry room was very useful. The lounge was very spacious and perfect for relaxing in. All the bedrooms were lovely and provided plenty of storage for all our clothing. Our grandchildren particularly liked the Mickey and Minnie bedroom and made good use of the Games room. We used the outside area every day and it was just perfect for us and provided privacy and plenty of options for sitting or relaxing by the pool. Our journey to the Magic Kingdom was approximately 20 minutes and was very straightforward. Once we got to know the area we found a short cut and this reduced to 15 minutes. We found plenty of options for food shopping very close by and once on the 192 there was a multitude of choices for restaurants, gift shops etc. We loved staying here and if we come back again this property will be our first choice.
This really is a lovely villa in a great location. Beautiful 4 bedroom villa off the US27 close to shops and restaurants. Fully air conditioned with a great pool area. The villa is spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfortable. We have stayed here on two occasions and due to the fact the villa is already booked for our dates next year, it would have been three. If you’re looking to book this villa then book early to avoid disappointment. The owners Fred and Annette are an absolute delight to work with.
I recently booked a stay at this villa with Annette and Fred. I was initially quite anxious as I had never booked a holiday this way however Annette and Fred went out of their way to reassure me and provide me with paperwork and payment protection advice as well as speaking with me at length on the phone. Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel our stay but once again Annette and Fred were so easy to deal with; our booking deposit was returned instantly. Their customer service was flawless and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and uncomplicated holiday booking. I hope to be able to book again with them in the future. We have just returned from 9 nights at the villa. The place was immaculate upon arrival and it quickly felt like home. Fully equipped for young children including bed guards, car seat and strollers! Instructions were clear and concise. The management company are extremely helpful and quick to respond. And the owners also fantastic. Many thanks My Response We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. We try our best to maintain our property and to make it as easy as possible with young families with added bed guards, strollers etc which our guests are able to use free of charge. Our management are there to help in our absence and are always quick to respond and are only a phone call should you have any problems. We stayed here November 8th till the 22nd , this was our second time in this villa , it’s just perfect , clean, great location and has everything u need , even the neighbour was so helpful with anything we needed ..would defiantly recommend if you are coming to Orlando to stay here ....we had an amazing time and can’t wait to come again. Loved this villa it truly had everything you could possibly need and more. We arrived and was instantly impressed with the cleanliness and layout it truly is a well kept villa the owners should be proud. From booking right up to leaving and beyond the owners are so helpful and pleasant. The villa is a little further out to what we normally stay but whats an extra few miles to the parks, it has all you need within close proximity. We even found the residents of the estate to be friendly. I will be looking to re book when i'm next in florida and i have and will continue to recommend this villa to family and friends.
