We had a great 6 days as this apartment. It is spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. Safe parking was a bonus. The apartment has lovely views out to sea and over the tennis courts next door. We explored the nearby towns of Marbella, Torremolinos, Estepona, Fuengirola and Benalmádena. Thank you Jan and Caroline for a great stay.
What a lovely apartment, super location and super facilities. It’s just home from home. The communication from Jan is first class and he’s always accommodating if we arrive early or late. The welcome pack goes down a treat too. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely apartment for a short or long stay. It won’t be long before we are booking for our 4th visit

I have visited four times in the last two years. It is a fantastic location within walking distance of Banus port. The cleanliness of the apartment is great. It feels homely and is very well catered for anyone. The gardens and communal areas are also kept to a high standard. The booking process and customer service that is given by Jan is second to none!!
23 Aug 2017 Fabulous apartment within a relaxing complex Urbanización Altos del RodeoLorcrimar 3 Apt 5 2 D, Marbella, AL, 29660, Spain Date of Stay 8 Aug 2017 We recently returned from a week's stay at Lorcrimar 3. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and decorated to a very high standard. The pool area was extremely relaxed, so we ended up spending most of our time there. Having wifi on holiday is an absolute must for our family, and we were definitely not disappointed! Internet speed was better than home and there was also the added bonus of having IPTV which provided us with an array of uk channels and endless movies in the evening. Kids were delighted!!! The grounds within the complex are well maintained, and also felt very secure day and night. The famous Puerto Banus Marina is only a 20 minute walk from the apartment, where you can just sit with a glass of vino and admire the fabulous yachts and super cars!! We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to others and would very much love to return in the not too distant future. Lastly I would like to thank Jan (owner) for all his help during the booking process and also for his communication before and after our stay. Nothing was ever a bother and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!!
