From first communication to last Rosemary was superb with friendly quick responses and very flexible. A couple weeks before our stay we received comprehensive travel instructions from Airport and into the Villa. She helped with car hire recommendations (suggest a car is needed) and all manner of other hints and tips during our stay. On arrival we received an essential care package including a chilled bottle of fizz - coming on a late flight that was very welcome! Towels are provided for both the pool and showering - saving valuable luggage allowance! There is a great manual with everything you need to know about the Villa, where to eat, what to do and some really helpful Spanish translations. Wi-Fi worked like a dream and Sky Sports on the tv made sure we didn’t miss the World Cup Final or literally want for anything. The Villa is spacious with an amazing pool (which was cleaned twice during our stay) and has everything you need, is very well laid out and definitely a home from home - everything you think you’ll need is there. The photographs just do not do this property justice - exceptional value for money and Rosemary is the perfect caring host! We will return….

We have just returned from a stay at Casa Maria. A villa so we’ll equipped with everything you need. Rosemarie communication prior to arrival was excellent, so quick to answer emails and directions to villa were spot on. The villa is spacious , clean and has the most comfortable beds. The pool area was fantastic,safe,clean and heated. Great idea to have Astro turf around the pool as the tiles can get hot. The location was around 8 minutes from Playa Blanca town. The villa is on a gated residence and is so peaceful and quiet.We had a wonderful holiday and would have no hesitation in returning to Casa Maria. Thank you Rosemarie
Review of Casa Maria Faro Park | private heated pool/ luxury detatched bungalow Sian C Perfect villa Left on Oct 31, 2021 for a stay in Oct 2021 Our first venture back to Playa Blanca since restrictions have eased for overseas travel, we couldn''t fault the communication with Rosemarie from start to finish of our booking and were given clear instructions for the villa before we arrived. We have stayed in numerous Villlas in the Faro Park area and Casa Maria''s location is just perfect, extremely quiet but within a 5 minute walk to shops, bars and 10 minutes to enjoy the beautiful coastline and see the sun set each evening. Bonus of the large communal pool available to use which is literally across the road from the villa, beautifully kept and was not busy at all. The villa was extremely clean and plenty of seating options available around the pool area to enjoy. We would definitely book Casa Maria again and look forward to returning hopefully very soon.
Having stayed in the area numerous times over the years, this was our first time at Casa Maria. The villa is first class, very comfortable with everything you need. A proper home and we were delighted to find a welcome pack of essentials on arrival which was much appreciated. The villa is located in a lovely quiet area but is conveniently located close to local restaurants, supermarkets and transport. Communication with the owner Rosemarie was excellent. Would certainly recommend staying here and hope to return soon.
We had a lovely relaxing and peaceful week at Casa Maria. The villa offers everything you could wish for. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had answered very quickly. We would definitely book again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
Spent 2 weeks with my girls, we absolutely loved the villa had everything we needed and more. The pool was great and plenty of shade if you need it. The outside dinning was fabulous with night lights enjoyed sat talking. Lounge and tv was comfy and plenty to watch as sky tv if you wanted a chill night. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the showers nice and powerful. Glyn was on hand if we needed him and pool was cleaned twice a week. Will definitely be returning.
