Description

This Vacation Rental Home is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

This lovely Vacation Rental Home with luxury hot tub jacuzzi and large bespoke design electrically heated swimming pool (October to May inclusive) with waterfall feature is located close to Playa Blanca in the sought after area of Faro Park, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

The Vacation Rental Home has 2 bedrooms – one double room, one twin room. There are 2 marble bathrooms (one ensuite).

The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room. The spacious lounge has SKY satellite TV with Sky sports, DVD and a Playstation 2. There is also a small pool table which is great fun.

Outside you will find the hot tub and electrically heated pebble dash pool, which is approximately 9m x 4m in size and 0.5m to 1.5m in depth, and the terrace area which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided however you would need to bring your own beach/pool towels. Hairdryer is provided for your convenience.

Internet broadband supplied free at this Villa.

Great spot

The villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious. The heated pool really was a heated pool – just brilliant. We loved the location as it was quiet and peaceful and everything you would need on a daily basis on your doorstep, including shops and some lovely restaurants. The local bus service runs every 30 minutes and is really handy if you want to venture into town. The booking process was simple and straightforward with e-mails answered quickly and Jennie and her team were a pleasure to deal with.

We've just returned home after a wonderful two week stay in villa 143, Playa Blanca.The villa was everything we could have hoped for. Plenty big enough for our family, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The villa manager was very helpful. We will definitely return - love Lanzarote! ❤
