7th to 22nd January 2020 - The villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bright light kitchen, only thing missed was my chopping knife. Great dressing room to master bedroom. Would love one like it at home. Amazing en-suite bathroom, with jacuzzi bath. Very comfortable for a soak but jacuzzi not working at present. Showers all worked, all three of them in two W suites and a family bathroom. Clean quiet attractive neighbourhood and easy to commute from Playa Blanca to the rest of the Island. Playa Blanca town and seafront walks only 5 min drive away. Villa on a one way street so turn out of villa to the right. Lounge comfortable, although only one sofa. A larger party could bring out a sofa bed from the dressing room. Travel cots x 3 Plenty of sun loungers and though comfortable the lounge covers a little faded. To be expected as south facing. Drying rack and barbecue in courtyard. Yes, as mentioned in another review the pool heater is a little noisy. It’s more of a gentle rushing sound that you don’t notice after a while and is somewhat a foil to the quietness of the area. Feels as though you don’t want to be noisy, (neighbours very quiet) but neither do you feel the need to talk in whispers as you might if the pool heater were turned off. Well managed, pool cleaned twice when we were there and cleaners came with fresh towels and remade our beds once a week. All considerate and unobtrusive. All in all a very pleasant stay and would use the villa again
Another great week in Lanzarote - stayed at villa 229 which is lovely and really quiet. And we all loved the pool! About a 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach and bars but we didn't find that a problem. Have stayed at a couple of other LanzLuxuryVillas and they have all been lovely. Really easy booking process and quick, efficient and friendly service from Jennie and the team. Hope to be back again soon! It’s a great villa if you want privacy but still being close to the town.
Just returned from 2 week stay in villa 229 and it was amazing. It was a 20 minute walk to town and about 3 minutes in a taxi which was no problem at all. The whole team at lanz luxury villas always provide fast response and we were well looked after while we were there. Just booked the same villa for next year, I would totally recommend booking with this company.
