from all the amenities of Playa Blanca, including it’s restaurants and sandy beaches.
The huge lounge is beautifully furnished and has Internet TV with over 100 channels to
choose from Including BBC & ITV plus a 14 day catch up and video on demand
available
There is a separate dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons.
The master bedroom on the upper floor has a super king size bed with an ensuite
bathroom with a shower over bath, and the other upper bedroom has a king size bed
and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs you have a bedroom with 4 beds in 2 bunk beds, and a twin bedroom.
These share a large full bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor.
In the centre of the home is a glass atrium which floods the property with natural light,
adding to the airy feeling within the property. It also benefits from coin-operated air
conditioning on all rooms and in the upper-level dining room, which provides cool and
heating.
Outside there is an upstairs terrace where you can enjoy those fabulous sea views
whilst relaxing in the alfresco dining area listening to the steaks sizzling on the Canarian
BBQ.

There is a basketball hoop and a tennis table available to make your holiday extra fun.

On the lower terrace is a large sun deck surrounding the private heated swimming
pool where you can soak up those rays then take a refreshing dip. There are sunbeds
available for up to 8 people. The property also benefits from off road gated parking.
Truly a wonderful holiday villa.
Pool size: approximately 7m x 4m, ranging from 0.9m to 1.4m in depth, Roman steps to
enter.
Pool towels are provided at the villa.
Hairdryer is provided for your convenience in all bathrooms.
