This gorgeous villa, with stunning panoramic views out to the Atlantic Ocean, Montana Roja and across to Fuerteventura, is a 5-10 minute walk to a 4* Hotel with Spa facilities and a 10 to 15 minute walk to some local sandy coves and selection of sea front restaurants.

The front entrance takes you into the bright and airy living room, with air conditioning (coin operated) which has a 55" flat screen TV with ITV, BBC & Channel 4/5, together with Sky (majority but not all) channels. There is also an entertainment system that provides a large selection of films and box sets on demand.

The living room leads on to the beautifully appointed kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven/hob and microwave etc. The breakfast bar, which has seating for 6, lends itself perfectly to starting the day looking out across to the sparkling ocean. Utility area with fridge/freezer and washing machine leads off from this. Patio doors lead from both the kitchen and living room onto the fabulous pool side and terrace area which has a fully built in BBQ for the chef of the family and al-fresco seating for 10 people. A major attraction of this property is the carefully designed, electrically heated, infinity style salt chlorinated pool measuring approximately 10m x 5.5m and 1.1m to 1.75m depth. The 10 sun beds with cushions make it idyllic for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.

On the same level as the main living room, you have a kingsize bedroom (coin operated air conditioning) with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with basin, bidet and WC. There is also a twin bedroom (coin operated air conditioning) with fitted wardrobes, together with a family shower room with basin and WC.

The spiral wooden staircase leads down to a further two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One kingsize (coin operated air conditioning) and one twin (no air conditioning) which has a shared family shower room with basin and WC. There is also a kitchenette which has a fridge, hob and microwave that is open plan with a living area (with coin operated air con) with a 40' flat screen (channels linked to main TV upstairs). In the internally linked garage area, you will find a 50" inch Plasma TV provided for the sole use of the PS4 game console to keep the kids in the family occupied when they've had too much of the pool! As if that's not enough, there is a pool table outside which can further entertain the family. A sofa bed in the games room is also available to sleep a further 2 children if required.

Moving back up the staircase, right up to the upper level you will find the master kingsize bedroom, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (coin operated) with en-suite including a bath, large walk in shower, twin sinks, bidet and WC. This master bedroom has patio doors leading out to a terrace with seating which enables you to fully maximise the stunning views. A patio door at the top of the staircase also leads to another terrace where you will find yet another fabulous attraction of the villa - a six seater hot tub with multi light and jet settings! Sit back, relax and enjoy that glass of champagne or cold beer and soak up the sights.
