Casablanca Villa is located in the peaceful development of Vista Lobos on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. It has spectacular sea views and is approx 15 min walk to Playa Flamingo Beach or 3 minutes by car. Built over 2 floors the villa is spacious and welcoming with a huge living room and fabulous dining room with sea views.
With plenty of entertainment in the outdoor hot tub, heated pool, sand pit , pool table, LCD screens with Satellite TV,, including Sky sport/movies, DVD and all year round sunshine , you will never get bored. The villa has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with every thing you or your family may need. The nearest small supermarket is just 2 mins walk and there is a taxi rank at the gates of the development.

The huge lounge area of 90 sq m has 3 large sofas , 42" LCD TV with TV package,including Sky sports and movies,DVD, Pool Table & Bar. This level of the house has 2 twin bedrooms and 1 large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. On the next level are 2 Double bedrooms both ensuite, the master bedroom has patio doors leading to the outdoor dining area with magnificent sea views. The master bedroom also has LCD TV. There is a stunning dining room which also has magnificent sea views and a fully equipped kitchen.

Private electrically heated 8m x 4m swimming pool and hot tub/spa, both cleaned twice weekly. The private gated south facing terraces and garden with fabulous sea and mountain views are set on 3 levels and decked out with 8 sun loungers and 2 sets of patio dining furniture, 8 seater and 4 seater. There is also a built in Canarian BBQ, perfect for dining al fresco. The villa has secure private parking for 2 cars, intercom entry system and is fully alarmed.
Please note rates are based on 4 sharing plus £100 per extra person per week including children and infants. Peak periods are as priced with no extra guest fee.

By Peter Wilkinson on 26-Jan-2025Great, well appointed villa that loads of indoor and outdoor space and everything a family needs for a lovely, relaxing holiday. Private parking but also close to bus stops, taxi rank and approx a 1.2 mile easy walk into town. Would recommend.
Fantastic Family Villa

We travelled with 2 small babies & the cots were great as was the high chair (a second would’ve been helpful but not too much of a bother). The outside space was brilliant with the pool heated to a lovely temperature. The hot tub was also a great feature. Lovely views of the coast. It was about a 25 min walk to Playa Blanca town which was fine for us, but others may benefit from a hire car. We loved it & will definitely be back. Highly recommend
Fabulous family Christmas holiday.

Gerry met us at the villa, everything was spotless, welcome pack and a Christmas hamper was very much appreciated. All the family loved everything about the villa. We were travelling with a 6 month baby, Sue provided cot, high chair, baby bath, steriliser which was great. Cleaners came Monday to Friday to empty bins etc. Pool, bbq , seating area all great, wouldn’t hesitate in booking the villa again. Thanks Sue for a lovely stay in this wonderful villa.

Sue (owner) was first class for communication/helpful info. Very prompt fulsome responses. Loads of space for 8 adults. So very flexible to accommodate our flight times too. Playa centre easy 20mins walk - taxis plentiful & cheap. Thank you x
Absolutely superb
By Trish Ireland on 24-Nov-2024My young adult daughters myself and my friend stayed here for week at the end of November. It was simply stunning inside and out. The space was unreal, plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a big hit and provided many hours of entertainment. The heated pool was a dream as was the hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, it had everything you needed. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough and I really hope I get back to it someday.

By Claire Hogben on 09-Nov-2024The villa was perfect for us, it was huge and the best villa we have stayed in. The heated pool and WiFi was so helpful. We loved the hot tub and pool. The pool table was an added bonus. The villa was really well equipped, the best again we have ever had. The space was amazing and the pool area had the sun all day. The communication with the owners during booking and on arrival and departure was excellent. We genuinely had a wonderful stay. Our only issue was it was a little further out than we usually stay but that's not the villa's fault, the town was around a 25 minute walk was a little too far for the children which meant we drove a lot but again not any complaint about the villa and we knew that when we booked it. All in all, a perfect villa for our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. Would definitely return without a doubt.
