Description
Casa Kathryn is our beautiful 3-bedroom Villa in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It has a private pool and views of the mountains and the sea.We have three double bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6, set up as two double bedrooms and a twin room. The twin room doubles as a study and has a desk and comfortable office chair (ideal for the digital nomad!). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

A car is not necessary as as it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, 6 minute walk to two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, and 20 minutes along the stunning coastal path to the marina, with its shops, markets, bars, restaurants and nightlife.
There is heated swimming pool, fast WiFi, multi-language TV package including films and sports and a selection of games and books.
There is a well equipped kitchen, large garden with outside BBQ, sun loungers, inside and outside dining areas and off-street parking.
We have a washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. There is also a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and hair dryer.
You will get towels (including for the sunbed) and linen that are replaced every 7 days, and a weekly maid clean (for stays over 12 nights).
The rental includes a welcome pack, and if you need it cot, high chair and stair gate.
Suitability: Children are welcome, but you will need to be vigilant around the pool and spiral stairs. Sorry but non-smoking only, no pets, or hen / stag or similar parties. Due to our spiral staircase and lack of downstairs bedroom / shower, the apartment is wheelchair inaccessible.

Perfect Lanzarote Villa

The villa had everything we needed: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, superb showers, excellent swimming pool; plus, a perfect location, close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, the beach and the bus stop. The outside garden area is very spacious, with terrific views of the mountains and the coast. The booking process with the owners was very easy and straightforward, and we would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much.
An amazing 7 night stay!
By Constance on 25-Feb-2026Had an amazing 7 night stay at Casa Kathryn. Thank you so much to Ashley and Jane. The villa had everything you needed as well as the most amazing views I will miss. Close to the supermarket to which all the staff were so lovely. Amazing walks nearby. Not far from the marina. Not far from bars and restaurants. We didn’t have a car but got around by walking, bus and taxi and all was well. I would 100% stay at Casa Kathryn again.

I'm a complete convert to a winter sun break.
By Stefanie Shaw on 31-Jan-2026I'm a complete convert to a winter sun break. We just spent a lovely week at Casa Kathryn and I enjoyed an early morning swim in the lovely pool most mornings. The home is very comfortable and we loved the location. Local shops and cafes a few minutes away and a good stroll along the front to the marina. We look forward to staying again .

By Gaade family on 13-Jan-2026We had a wonderful week at Casa Kathryn at the beginning of January. The 3 bedroom villa with a pool is well located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. It is walking distance to the coast path, which is a wide, paved walkway that takes you to the Marina and then to the old town, with beautiful views across the sea to Fuerteventura. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms provided warm showers. The pool is perfect for dipping in and out, to cool off. Pool towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a 6 seater garden table, sun loungers and an upstairs balcony with views of the sea and Hacha Grande mountain. It’s 5 minutes by foot to a good supermarket and Indian restaurant, and the nearest bus stop. Other restaurants and takeaways are 10 minutes walk away. We hired a car at the airport and loved exploring the island, returning to Casa Kathryn, parking on the drive & chilling out. We will definitely return.
