Villa Sapphire is a spacious 6-bedroom property just a 10-minute walk from Marina Rubicon, providing quick access to a wide range of restaurants, shops, and bars. The villa boasts a generous outdoor space featuring a long, heated swimming pool (dimensions: 10.5m x 2.50m, depth 1.50m), along with added bonuses such as a pool and table tennis table—making it the perfect place to relax with friends or family while staying close to local attractions.

Inside, the villa offers a large lounge area equipped with a flat-screen TV offering a full selection of UK and European channels. To one side of the lounge, you’ll find the master suite with its own bathroom and dressing area, along with a twin bedroom and bathroom. On the opposite side of the lounge is a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area with a utility room attached. This section of the villa also includes two additional bedrooms—one double and one twin—both with en-suite bathrooms. All first-floor bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Patio doors from both the lounge and kitchen/diner lead directly to the outdoor areas.

The exterior features a sun-soaked terrace with ample space for lounging by the pool, plus a shaded dining area complete with a built-in BBQ—ideal for enjoying meals outside.
