A large than average architect designed villa situated in a prestigious residential area within the 5 star resort of Playa Blanca.
Casa Azul has 4 separate bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has its own separate entrance from the terrace, this provides a high degree of peace and tranquility from the main villa. This bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite.
Casa Azul has a large lounge with separate dining room. The dining table seats 8 and opens directly onto a shaded pergola. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a covered terrace with seating. A patio table seating 8. A magnificent hand built BBQ constructed from local volcanic rock.
The villa has a lovely roof terrace with mountain views including views of the extinct volcano Montana Roja. The roof terrace provides an excellent location to admire the stunning sun sets.
Last but not least a heated swimming pool with easy access for all the family. The pool is heated all year and has an additional solar pool cover to add extra warmth. Casa Azul has a high degree of privacy.
There is a satellite smart TV with access to Sky, sports and U.K. terrestrial channels.
