Villa Veintidos is a 5 bedroom, spacious villa in Playa Blanca, well located near the waterpark and beach and just a 20 minute walk from the main part of town, with amazing sea views out to Fuertaventura.

The villa has gated off-road parking, and the taxi rank and nearest bus stop are one minute away.

Outside there is a 7m x 4m private pool with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a Canarian barbecue and seating area, and round the side of the villa we have a separate chill out area with a hot tub.

Inside there is a well equipped kitchen and dining room, and a huge downstairs lounge area with pool table, sofas and a smart TV with UK channels.

There are three bedrooms with double beds (two have ensuite bathrooms), a further two bedrooms each with two single beds, a family bathroom and a separate WC. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa is well equipped with a safe, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, dishwasher. fridge freezer and monitored alarm system. A cot and high chair are available at no extra cost on request. Wifi, air conditioning, pool heating are all included at no extra cost.

On arrival you'll be greeted by one of our villa management team to show you round. Inside the villa you'll find fresh linen, bath and pool towels, and a welcome pack to get you started. We offer a daily maid service Monday to Friday and a mid week towel change, all included as part of the service.

This is a lovely villa to relax and enjoy some time in the sun.
