Casa Georgiana is a spacious, well equipped 4 bedroomed detached villa with private pool, in a quiet yet central location, just 15 minutes walk from the town centre and main seafront of Playa Blanca. The large plot with lots of outdoor space provides options for sun and shade all day long. You enter the house down two steps into a large, high ceilinged, open plan dining area with a large table and eight chairs. Double doors open from the central dining area into a comfortable lounge, with sofa, armchairs, and a fireplace (with electric fire for cooler evenings). There is TV with UK channels and Wi-Fi throughout. From the other side of the central dining area, you access the kitchen. A breakfast bar with 4 high stools separates the dining area and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals! The kitchen has a full oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge, separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, washing machine, appliances such as a slow cooker, mixer, steamer and grill, and lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with a window, stand fan, wardrobe space and mirror. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, and two have twin beds. There are two identical, modern bathrooms – one is en-suite. Both bathrooms have bath with shower over, dual wash-basins, toilet, bidet, and mirrors. There are lots of extras such as iron and ironing board, hairdryer, pool towels, and safety deposit box. Around the private pool are 8 sunloungers and a parasol. A covered gazebo area with a table and 8 chairs with cushions is the perfect setting for alfresco dining. There is also a Canarian BBQ. The pool is 7 x 4 metres, has a cover, and is not heated. The property is surrounded by high walls affording good privacy. There is a private parking space, and plenty of parking on the road directly outside the property. The property is on Calle Nepal, a quiet street in a central area of Playa Blanca, popular with guests who want to be within easy reach of Playa Blanca’s town centre. A 15 minute walk brings you to the centre of Playa Blanca town, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as lovely beaches. Playa Blanca has a well-stocked supermarket in the town centre, and a Lidl 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive in the opposite direction from the villa.
