Villa Zinnia is a modern 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed villa on a corner plot with private pool (can be heated) and well maintained gardens. Located close to Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca - 5 minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to Las Coloradas beach, and 20 to 30 minutes walk to Marina Rubicon. The property has a large terrace with six sunloungers, table and chairs, sun awning for shade, sofa and BBQ. Upstairs is a terrace with stunning mountain views. The villa has been refurbished in a contemporary style and has lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free Wi-Fi is available. The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and smart TV with UK and Spanish channels. The dining area has chairs and a granite topped breakfast bar, and the well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The kitchen opens onto a laundry area with washing machine and clothes airer. Downstairs are one bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds, and another bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms have good wardrobe space, fans, good lighting and mirrors. Beds have duvets in winter. The upstairs terrace has stunning views of the Ajache mountains and is a glorious place to sit with a glass of wine. The large terrace space at the villa is very well designed for spending lots of time outdoors. There is a private pool with cover, which can be heated (extra charge of 10 euro per day applies for pool heating if required). There are six modern sunloungers, a comfortable sofa, a Canarian barbecue, and a table and chairs perfectly located under a retractable awning so that you can dine in the shade. The property has lots of extras including hairdryer, iron & ironing board, beach towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we even provide a welcome pack with water, wine, beer, juice, milk, tea and coffee! There is parking directly outside the villa. The property is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, but the town centre is just 5 minutes by car or taxi, and the airport about 35 minutes by car. The property is fully licenced for tourist letting - licence number VV-35-3-1954
