Kitchen/Living Room:
The front door opens into a small entrance hall that has a door to the utility area on the right, which houses the washing machine, a doorway that leads to a modern, open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated with an L shaped, comfortable sofa, with seating for 4, coffee table and 75" SMART TV, providing a selection of UK Channels and Apps for streaming (Netflix, Prime etc - own account required). Wifi is also provided at no additional cost.
The large kitchen is well appointed with all the mod cons necessary for a perfect, self catering holiday, including an electric hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and American style fridge freezer.
Dining Area:
Sliding doors from the living area lead out to the enclosed dining area with ample seating. A further patio door opens out onto the pool and sun terrace area.
Cloakroom:
A modern WC and hand wash basin, with mirror is located, for your convenience, on the ground floor.
Bedrooms and Bathroom (1st Floor):
This property offers two bedrooms, one bathroom and a cloakroom.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, overhead fan and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has twin beds side by side with bedside table, chest of draws and, again, plenty of wardrobe space.

It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants a stones throw away from the property, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2024)

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels (not including pool towels) are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.
