Centrally located in Playa Blanca, on the southern tip of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is an award winning Gold Crown resort of pretty Andalusian villas set amidst palm trees in exotic landscaped gardens – an oasis of tranquillity, yet just 5 minutes walk from seafront, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Outstanding facilities include an all day reception desk with 24/7 night guard, superb large heated swimming pool and children’s pool (with lifeguard), 2 x floodlit tennis and a boule court (free to play), bar, restaurant, play area, indoor games room and managed walkways and gardens within the gated and secure site complex.
Villa 93 is in a quiet centrally located position, just 1 minutes walk from the fabulous heated swimming pool and 2 minutes from its cafe bar / restaurant and other outstanding facilities. Facing South, it enjoys the sunshine and partial palm shade on the terrace all day long.
The villa is generously equipped and enjoys a large private sun terrace with BBQ, patio furniture and a shaded area under its pergola – a real home from home!
Inside there is a generous en-suite (with shower) bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a further larger shower room, a comfortable lounge area with 50Inch TV (incl. a handful of English channels) as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen area with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All windows have mosquito screens throughout. Bedroom only air-conditioning is available as an option for £25 per week., however this should not normally be required as the bedroom is cool and well ventilated.
The villa is only available for weekly rentals, with Thursday & Saturday its changeover days. Prices quoted are for up to 2 x non-smoking adult guests (over 25yrs only). No pets allowed.
A £100 booking deposit is required to secure all bookings with the remainder due by 8 wks before occupation, together with a fully refundable £200 damages deposit (in case significant costs are incurred by the owner to address damages incurred during occupation). A full property clean and bed linen change is undertaken every full-week with a intermediate clean and towel change part way through your stay.
Although the villa is equipped to satisfy disabled with a raised main shower room toilet and associated grab rails, it has a step (not ramp) from the terrance to the entrance doorway. The complex is also disability friendly.
