Casa Princesa is a delightful two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private heated pool situated in the tranquil Parque del Rey residential complex in Playa Blanca. Having been taken off the holiday rental market during and for a period after the pandemic it has since undergone various renovation and upgrade works and has recently been brought back onto the holiday rental market
The property is located within a 15-minute walk of beaches, shops and a variety of seafront restaurants. The interior is spacious, modern, well equipped and benefits from free fast fibre Wi-fi and a wall mounted flatscreen 49-inch television with internet access to a broad range of channels.
This property has the gated private parking space to the rear so the pool side terrace area is fully secluded . The extensive poolside terrace area is also south facing and benefits from sun all day.
The recently refurbished kitchen with adjacent dining area includes a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have external mosquito nets on the windows and the main bathroom, which has also recently been refurbished, features a walk-in shower.
The property is only suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over.
The rates appearing for the property are for 2 adults. Extra guests over this number will be charged at £40 per person per week subject to to a maximum of 2 extra people
The pool is electrically heated between November and April and for the remainder of the year the warm water is generated from the sun with the benefit of of the solar pool cover
A Deposit of £200 per week will be due on booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance on the due date will be treated as cancellation of the booking and the deposit will not be be refunded. If your arrival date is less than 8 weeks after the the date of booking then the full amount will be will be due at on the date of booking
Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure
