Luxury 3 bedroomed villa with private pool in Playa Blanca LanzaroteVilla Era is situated on the exclusive Playa Real complex.
The villa has a VV licence and is conveniently located with access to the sea front promenade.
The heated pool, surrounded by south facing furnished terraces , provides a private area to relax, dine and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a roof terrace to admire the spectacular mountain and sea views.
Inside the property is furnished to a high standard. The lounge is air conditioned and has a TV and DVD player. The television system shows all of the tv channels, sport and up to date film and entertainment channels.
In the glass roofed atrium is the dining room.
The fully fitted kitchen, which has recently been refurbished, is equipped with induction hob, double oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, drying and ironing equipment.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and the master bedroom has a king size bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning units.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
Air conditioning is coin operated.
A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment which is refunded when the villa has been inspected after departure.
