By Nicky on 21-Feb-2025Great week at Casa Justina 1. Really relaxing time here and Villa was as described. Location was perfect with an easy 10 minute walk to the sea front. Welcoming host and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

By Ste and Ann Tomlinson on 01-Feb-2025We had two weeks at the villa in Feb 25. What a brilliant find! Miren couldn’t have been more helpful. The villa is ideal. A private heated pool, 15-20 minutes stroll from the main streets. Safe parking outside. There is a space inside the walls but the numb up the kerb put me off. The villa was spotless when we arrived, with a nice little welcome pack in the fridge. It was well equipped and exactly as described on the web page. It’s in a lovely quiet estate, no main road noise and no aircraft noise. It was so relaxing. The point of the holiday was to completely switch off, and we did! We do intend to return and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Good internet too! Plenty of hot water in the showers and good water pressure. All in all 5 stars.
Lived up to its description

Comfortable beds and bedrooms, everything you would want to self cater, 5 minute walk to a well stocked supermarket, quiet residential area, easy flat walk to the main strip of Playa Blanca with all its restaurants and shops, clean with great showers, stunning and well cared for garden, small but warm pool. Parking right outside and a very accommodating. welcoming host! The one thing that we were not aware of, which was not an issue when we'd worked it out, was the meter for aircon by the front door. You need 2euro coins to operate.
Gorgeous villa in a peaceful location near to shops and beaches with beautiful mature gardens and a private pool

A Perfect location in a peaceful residential area surrounded by palm trees, yet only a short walk to the local shops and beaches. We spent many days and evenings sat in the lovely shaded outdoor eating area overlooking the beautiful garden and relaxing in the large private pool - bliss! The bikes are a wonderful addition and enabled us to explore the many beaches, sites and cafe’s in the local area. Extras such as pool toys, sun loungers with towels and a handy shopping trolley were also much appreciated. Looking forward to returning to the villa again soon 😊
Exceptionally clean villa with everything you need
By Victoria on 18-Jul-2024We stayed at this lovely villa for 10 days and loved it! Firstly, it's exceptionally clean. It has everything you might need - from crockery and pans to various coffee machines , crisp white bed linen, beach towels etc. Everything is spotless, which to me is very important. This villa has a wonderful swimming pool, which is also gated, making is safe for families. It's also very warm! Fantastic spacious garden with native trees and plants, and an outdoor dining table overlooking it where we enjoyed our meals. Our kids enjoyed riding bicycles which were included at the villa! Location is wonderful as its only a 10 minute walk from Playa Blanca, where some of the best restaurants and shops are. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, excellent communication! We will definitely be back, as it's the best villa we have stayed at at Playa Blanca! Thank you xo
