Casa Taylooney is a 3 bedroom villa on a quiet complex with a communal pool.
The villa is laid out on two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge and dining room. The kitchen and an under-stairs desk area. To the back of the property is a shower room and a double bedroom.
The downstairs double bedroom has patio doors that lead out to a private and secure patio area, with a garden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom, with an en suite shower room and a balcony with a couple of chairs where you can sit and enjoy the ocean views.
Also upstairs is the third double bedroom.
The complex has a large communal pool (the pool is not heated) and there are plenty of sun loungers!
The villa is located close to 2 supermarkets and also close to the sea front path, so you are only a 7 min walk to Las Colorados beach and a 15 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon restaurants and shops.
Included with all Lanzarote Lates bookings are pool, bath & hand towels and a welcome pack on arrival.
The Welcome Pack includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice, some tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a packet of biscuits a kitchen cleaning kit and some bathroom toiletries to get you started on your holiday.
