Villa Macca is new to the rental market in January 2024, so has lots of availability at the moment.  It is a stylish and spacious semi-detached rental home and can provide 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 spacious lounge areas, providing ample space for the family and friends to relax in comfort.
This property has two separate lounge areas in the main villa and also has a separate self-contained 1 bedroom annex where you will find the 4th bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen area. (This becomes available for bookings of 7 people or more, please ask for further details when booking if you require the 4th bedroom for less than 7 persons). The property is situated within the residential area of Costa Papagayo and is a great location for those of you who do not wish to hire a car, the stylish Marina Rubicon, Dorada beach and Playa Blanca are only a 15-20 minutes’ walk away.

INTERIOR
Living/Dining Room:
The front door opens directly into a spacious dining area featuring a table with seating for 6 persons perfect for enjoying meals together and is open plan to the living room.
There are two steps down to this welcoming living room area which has been tastefully furnished and decorated and has a two-seater and a 3-seater leather settees with a coffee table.
The main Villa has two TV’s, the one is in this main lounge and has the TV supplied via the internet and a Mag box, on this you will find box sets and films, together with terrestrial and Sky channels for your enjoyment and complimentary WIFI is included for your convenience.
There are large sliding doors that lead out to the outdoor dining areas and the pool and patio area.
Second Lounge Area
From the main lounge area you will find an open tread staircase that leads to the upper level where you will find a further sitting area with a TV which has a Wii game console connected to it with controllers, you will need to bring your own games to use with the Wii.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated off the main living area and has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven. You will also find a washing machine for your use located in the utility area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The main villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space, there is a door which leads out onto the sun and pool terrace, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower WC and a single sink.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has a two single beds with a bedside table and reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the front of the property.
Bathroom:
There is a further family bathroom which has a double sink, WC, bidet and a shower over bath.

Separate Annexe:
This will be made available for bookings of 7 people or more, if you would like the use of the separate annexe for less people, please ask for the cost of making this annex available to you. Please note this is accessed from the pool terrace or from the front driveway, it cannot be entered from within the main villa, so is not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age.
Bedroom 4
The 4th Bedroom is in this annexe and consists of a kitchenette, a bedroom with a King size bed with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space it has a walk in shower with a glass door that is visible from the bedroom, a sink area and a separate WC. The lounge area has a TV with a USB or HDMI port, where you will need to plug in your own devices for anything to work on this TV and a small table with sitting for two persons.

EXTERIOR
Pool, and Sun Terraces:
Outside there is ample space available for you to relax in the tropical climate, the large sliding patio doors open up to the delightful private terrace and pool area, the pool is approximately 7.5 x 3.5 metres in size and approximately 1.6 metres deep (electrically heated, inclusive 1st October to 31st May).
You have plenty of room to move around the terrace and unwind on one of the 8 comfortable sun loungers that have been provided and just lie back and indulge in a day of pure relaxation.
Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ
Right outside the large patio doors from the lounge you will discover one of two tables available to you for Al fresco dining, both tables are situated under the shaded pergola one can seat 6 persons and a further table and chairs under the side pergola can seat 4 persons so ample seating for up to 8 guests, allowing for enjoyable gatherings and outdoor meals and the space to make memories with family and friends.  Here you will also find the Charcoal BBQ for your use.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.
Location:
This villa is situated in the residential area of Costa Papagayo of Playa Blanca and is 15-20 minutes’ walk to the beautiful sea front promenade and on to the Papagayo Beach’s and the Marina Rubicon in one direction and the centre of Playa Blanca in the other direction.
The exclusive Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca has a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities all this can be found within 20 minute’s walk of this property.
Reliable and affordable bus and taxi services are also available, making it convenient to explore various areas of interest.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.

Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge and 7 guests or more the Annexe is available.
Please note the separate annexe is automatically included when the booking is for 7 people or more, if you would like the use of the separate annexe for less than 7 people, please ask for the cost of making this annex available to you. Please note this is accessed from the pool terrace or from the front driveway, you cannot enter the annexe from within the main villa, so is not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age.
A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
