This is a lovely, spacious property, with beautiful landscaped gardens and pool terrace, where you can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the Aguamarina urbanisation which is located within walking distance to nearby Faro Park shops, restaurants, and you will also find the sandy Montana beach just a short walk away, so you are not far from all the amenities. The property is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself, but situated just a short stroll to the picturesque sea front promenade, which leads all the way into Playa Blanca, and beyond, to the Marina Rubicon.
INTERIOR
The front door opens into the bright hallway that leads you on to both the kitchen and the living room and has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor master suite with roof terrace, providing both views of the sea and the stunning backdrop of the Montana Roja volcano.
Living Room:
The spacious living room seats 6 comfortably, on two large sofas, enabling a relaxing area to enjoy the large flat screen smart TV, IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more. Also TV access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using guest own subscriptions. Sliding patio doors lead out direct to the pool and sun terraces area.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self catering stay, including dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar with an open archway between the kitchen and living room. A door from the kitchen leads to the inside dining area and a further door to the utility room, where the washing machine and all laundry equipment is located.
Dining Room/2nd Living Room:
There is a large wooden table, with plenty of seating for 6 persons for inside dining, also in this area you will find two rattan settees providing a separate sitting area to chill and relax away from the sun during the day or for after dinner drink, sliding patio doors lead out to the BBQ and terrace area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (First Floor)
A large marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom which has a king size sleigh bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, reading lamps. Double doors lead out onto the upper roof terrace where you have a fabluous panoramic sea and mountain view. On the roof terrace you will find a table and 2 chairs, also 2 comfortable chairs and two sun beds for your comfort and enjoyment.
The en-suite marble bathroom incorporates a single washbasin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over. A hair dryer is available for guests use.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor)
King size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and full length wall mirror. The window provides views of the pool and garden terrace.
The en-suite bathroom incorporates a single washbasin with vanity mirror, WC and Walk in shower only.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom has twin beds which are side by side with bedside tables and reading lamps ,fitted wardrobe, the windows, providing views of the pool and garden terraces.
Family Bathroom
The marble bathroom contains single wash basin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
This property has a fabulous landscaped garden and terrace areas, which feature an area of artificial grass which is covered by a sail for shade. There is a private pool, 7.5m x 3.5m in size and 1.1m to 1.5m in depth (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), with Roman steps for easy access, 6 sun beds are provided on this terrace for your use.
An outside dining table with 6 chairs can be found on the terrace outside the lounge sliding doors and is perfect for al-fresco dining on those warm evenings. You will find additional seating underneath the pergola and also by the hot tub area which is ideal for a pre-dinner drink whilst the chef prepares dinner on the large Canarian BBQ.
OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.
Location:
This Property is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca and only 400 m from the sea and access to 9km of paved seafront promenade that stretches along the Playa Blanca coastline, which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca. You will find an impressive row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5-10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2023).
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for up to 1 vehicle.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of xxx€ per week. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable on arrival, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
