The property is within the area known as Faro Park and it is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself, but situated just a short stroll to the picturesque sea front promenade, which leads all the way into Playa Blanca, and beyond, to the Marina Rubicon. Two bedrooms have air conditioning which is coin operated.
INTERIOR
The front door opens into the bright hallway and to the open plan design of this villa, with both the kitchen and the living room off this hallway and has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor master suite with a roof terrace, providing both views of the sea and the stunning backdrop of the Montana Roja volcano.
Living Room:
The spacious living room seats six comfortably, on two three seater leather sofas with electronic recliners on four seats, enabling a relaxing area to enjoy the flat screen smart TV, IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more. The TV will also provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using your own subscriptions. Sliding patio doors lead directly out to the pool and sun terrace area and an archway leads from the living room area into the dining area
Dining Room
Here you will find a beautiful large wooden table, with plenty of seating for 6 persons for inside dining, with comfortable seating for relaxing with a morning coffee or just some quiet time during the day or an after dinner drink, sliding patio doors from this area also lead out to the garden and pool terrace area.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self-catering stay, including dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge. There is a breakfast bar with an open archway between the kitchen and living room and a door from the kitchen leads to the inside dining area and a further door to the utility room, where the washing machine a large freezer is located.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (First Floor)
A large marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom, The whole of the first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom and is complete with a super king-size bed and a private balcony terrace which has distant sea and mountain views. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and doors that lead out to the roof terrace, this bedroom has coin operated air conditioning. The marble en suite bathroom incorporates a single washbasin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over. A hair dryer is available for guests use.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor)
This bedroom has Twin beds with a chest of drawers and a full-length wall mirror and another sofa where you can relax you will also find a small smart TV in this bedroom with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using your own subscription. This bedroom has coin operated conditioning. The window provides views of the pool and garden terraces.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor)
This bedroom has twin beds, situated side by side, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers, with window providing a view of the pool and terrace / garden area this bedroom has a stand up fan only.
Family Bathroom
The marble bathroom contains single wash basin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
This enclosed terrace is a great spot for a day spent by the pool, soaking up the sun’s rays in style as you enjoy a glass or two of homemade sangria on one of the 6 sun loungers provided. You will find an area of artificial grass surrounded by a Canarian style white pathway and volcanic rock and some plant features in the garden. Your very own private pool 7.5m x 3.5m in size and 1.2m to 1.6m in depth (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), takes centre stage on the terracotta terrace. You will also find a pool table on the terrace for your enjoyment and entertainment and an outside dining table under the covered terrace with 4 very comfortable rattan chairs which offers al-fresco dining on those warm evenings and also an ideal place for those pre-dinner drink or whilst the chef prepares dinner on the kettle charcoal BBQ.
OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.
Location:
This Property is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca and only 400 m from the sea and access to 9km of paved seafront promenade that stretches along the Playa Blanca coastline, which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca. You will find an impressive row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5-10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 10-minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2023).
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for one vehicle.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of 126€ per week. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable on arrival, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
