Azul is a beautiful, recently refurbished, 3 bed, 2 bath holiday rental property, with a lovely outside area, presenting sea view. It is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beautiful sea front promenade which leads to Playa Blanca town centre and beyond.
INTERIOR
Living/Dining Room:
The terrace doors open up into the open plan design. Presenting a bright and spacious living room, with two comfortable 2 seater sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV with satellite TV, providing a great selection of channels, including BBC/ITV/CH4/5, Sky channels, box sets and movies. WIFI is also provided at no additional cost.
A large archway has a dining table with seating for 4.
Kitchen:
The modern, tastefully designed open plan kitchen is fully fitted with everything to make a perfect base for a self catering holiday, including large fridge/freeze, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven and hob microwave, hob and oven. A door from the kitchen leads you directly to the shaded Al Fresco, dining area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms but the owners prefer a maximum occupancy of 4 guests but up to 6 can be accommodated, upon request.
Bedroom 1:
The master bedroom has a double bed, with bedside tables and reading lamps. There are fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC, single wash basin with vanity mirror and a large, walk in shower with screen with both wall mounted and overhead rain shower heads.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has another double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, together with fitted wardrobes, dresser and ceiling fan.
Family Shower Room:
Separate bathroom with WC, single wash basin with vanity mirror and a large, walk in shower with both wall mounted and overhead rain shower heads.
EXTERIOR
Al Fresco Dining and Sun Terrace:
A spacious area outside the living room has a round dining table with seating for 4. A large terrace area has 4 sunbeds and sea views. A perfect setting for enjoying your favourite drink during the day or evening.

Location:
Within easy walking distance of the sea front promenade which spreads from one end of Playa Blanca (Faro Park, lighthouse area) to the other (Marina Rubicon and beyond to the fabulous Papagayo Beaches). Life in Playa Blanca started out as a very simple fishing village but as Lanzarote has became more popular with tourists Playa Blanca has grown into a thriving and popular resort. Playa Blanca is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing time either on one of the beaches or wandering around the promenade looking to do some shopping. Since the resort has a large proportion of self-catering villas and bungalows, there is no shortage of places to eat. The seafront at the centre of town is literally lined with restaurants catering to just about every taste and cuisine imaginable. If you feel up to it you can even take the ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The trip takes just twenty minutes and is a fabulous excursion.
There are efficient taxi and bus services that are inexpensive and can allow you to explore further areas if you have chosen not to hire a car.

There is off road parking available outside of the villa.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. There is a supplement per person, per week, thereafter, up to a possible maximum of 6 people, upon request.
A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this property or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
