Designed to be enjoyed by like minded families and friends who will appreciate the quality and attention to detail provided by this property for their holiday, it is not equipped or considered suitable for children under the age of 10 years.
This is a lovely, spacious property, with beautiful landscaped gardens and pool terrace. Enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the residential area of Faro Park, which is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself, but situated just a short stroll to the picturesque sea front promenade, which leads all the way into Playa Blanca, and beyond, to the Marina Rubicon.
INTERIOR
The front door opens into the bright hallway that leads on to both the kitchen and the living room and has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor master suite with roof terrace, providing both views of the sea and the stunning backdrop of the Montana Roja volcano.
Living Room:
The spacious living room seats 6 comfortably, on two large sofas, enabling a relaxing area to enjoy the 55” flat screen smart TV, IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more. Also TV access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using guest own subscriptions. Patio doors lead out direct to the pool and sun terraces.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self catering stay, including integral dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar with an open archway between the kitchen and living room. A door from the kitchen leads to the inside dining area and a further door to the utility room, where the washing machine and all laundry equipment is located, along with BBQ tools, beach mats and a cool-box for those beach picnics.
Dining Room/2nd Living Room:
There is a large marble table, with plenty of seating for dining, and a couple of chill out chairs, with foot rests, for relaxing with a morning coffee, some quiet time during the day or an after dinner drink. There is also a bookcase with a selection of books, playing cards and games for additional entertainment. Patio doors lead out to the garden and pool terrace.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (First Floor)
A large marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom with super-king size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lamps and full length mirror. Air conditioning (coin operated). Doors lead out to the roof terrace that provides table and chairs for 4 and panoramic sea and mountain views. The en-suite marble bathroom incorporates a single washbasin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over. A hair dryer is available for guests use.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor)
King size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and full length wall mirror. Air conditioning (coin operated). The windows, providing views of the pool and garden terraces, have shutters.
Bedroom 3
Twin beds with bedside table, reading lamps ,fitted wardrobe and drawers. There is a flat screen TV that has a PlayStation 4 with controllers, complete with a selection of games preloaded as well as Netflix, Amazon and Now TV for guests to use with their own subscriptions. Air conditioning (coin operated). As with bedroom 2, the windows, providing views of the pool and garden terraces, have shutters.
Family Bathroom
The marble bathroom contains single wash basin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over along with 2nd hairdryer.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
The carefully landscaped garden and terrace areas feature an artificial grass setting with Canarian style white pathways and volcanic rock and plant features. There is a private pool, 7.5m x 3.5m in size and 1.2m to 1.6m in depty (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), with Roman steps for easy access, sun beds for 6 are provided to enable you to soak up the sun.
Rattan outside dining table and chairs offer al-fresco dining on those warm evenings along with an additional rattan sofa and lounge area, ideal for a pre-dinner drink whilst the chef prepares dinner on the large Canarian BBQ.
The garden is finished off with a built in Canarian style seating area in the far corner as well as a rattan egg chair to escape the sun under the shade of the palm trees.
OTHER INFORMATION
Location:
This Property is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca and only 400 m from the sea and access to 9km of paved seafront promenade that stretches along the Playa Blanca coastline, which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca. You will find an impressive row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5-10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2022).
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. A refundable Damage Bond of 300€/£250 is payable on arrival, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
