This is a detached property which has air-conditioning and is very spacious, beautifully decorated with two lounge areas and is located in a residential urbanisation in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca. Faro Park is on the western of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the sea front promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into the centre of Playa Blanca itself. You will find a selection of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets, and numerous superb restaurants around a 5-10-minute walk away, which makes this property situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
INTERIOR
Living/Dining Room:
The front door opens into the hallway and open plan living room and kitchen area.
The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated and has a two-seater and a 3-seater red leather settees with a coffee table and side table. The property has two TV’s, the one in this main lounge is a 50” TV, and this has TV supplied via the internet and a Mag box, on this you will find box sets and films, together with terrestrial and Sky channels for your enjoyment.
There are French doors that lead out to an outdoor dining area and the pool area.
From the Kitchen there is a door that leads to an indoor dining area which can seat 6 persons with air conditioning (coin operated).
Second Lounge Area
There is also another large lounge/sitting area off the dining area where you will find a very large leather corner settee and a further 3-seater settee so all guests will have plenty of room to sit and relax while at this beautifully spacious villa.
A second Smart TV can be found in this area, which will get you access to Netflix (but will need your own account to log in) and you will also find a DVD attached to this TV, but please bring your own DVDs with you as there are none supplied at the villa.
From this second sitting area you will also find patio doors that lead out to the BBQ area where you will find a set of rattan furniture.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated off the hallway and has a breakfast bar which is open plan to the lounge and has seating for 4 guests. The kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven. You will also find a washing machine for your use located in the utility area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
This property offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a 160cm king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also air conditioning (coin operated) in this bedroom and patio doors which lead onto the sun and pool terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has twin beds side by side with bedside tables and reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool. This bedroom also has air conditioning (coin operated).
Family Bathroom
There is a further family bathroom opposite bedroom number 2 which has a large walk-in shower.
EXTERIOR
Pool, Hot Tub and Sun Terraces:
The exterior is very well thought out and has expansive unique tiled terrace areas and landscaped garden, the private pool is 7.5m x 3.5m in size and 1.2m to 1.6m depth (electrically heated, November to April inclusive).
The hot tub can be found at the other side of the grassed area of the garden in a quiet corner.
You have plenty of room to move around the terrace and garden area to chase the sun all day on one of your 4 comfortable sun beds, which all come with all weather comfy cushions.
Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ:
From the lounge French doors, you will find the outside dining table and chairs set under the shaded pergola this leads onto a grassed area.
From the sliding doors from the inside dining area, you will find a delightful corner rattan seating area all under the shade of the pergola, the perfect place to relax out of the sun and chill and read a book.
From the second lounge area you will also find another set of rattan furniture to chill out and relax in a quiet corner of the terrace area and here you will find a charcoal Canarian BBQ.
This detached property is fully enclosed by a traditional Piedra wall.

Location:
It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5–10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2022).
Parking and Accessibility:
There is dedicated parking space next to the villa.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.

A refundable Damage Bond of 350€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
