What can I say about Sunny Villa.... Absolutely wonderful two bed villa, spotlessly clean and every home comfort. Close to all amenities, town is only a fifteen / twenty minute easy walk and a taxi 🚖 back €5. A small supermarket is an easy ten minutes walk. Pool cleaned Tues and Fri by Arthur (AKA Elvis)..... 😂 All bedding and towels swapped over the middle of our holiday, IE two week.... By the Lovely Fran, who stays close by and is always on hand to answer any questions. Finally thanks to Ann and Keith for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 👍 Thanks all and thank you Lanza for yet another fabulous time, u never cease to amaze us.... 👍
Had everything we needed re kitchen, bedrooms ( plenty storage/hangers) lounge + English TV, bathroom spacious and large shower)( take some €1/€2 coins for aircon pay as go- but good value). We didn’t have a car ( there is parking )but small supermarket 10 mins away (traditional spanish had bread/milk/ wine&beer etc) and an easy 20/25 min walk to town/harbour for restaurants ( so many lovely ones to choose from), shops and SuperDino ( we are in our early 60’s with good mobility so enjoyed the walk). We wanted a chill 10 days and we got just that, spending most days by the lovely heated pool and using the lovely outside space. Welcome pack of basics in fridge was a lovely touch. Fran ( from Management Company)was on call if we needed anything and popped round to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend- a lovely villa.
My wife and I loved everything about the villa, it’s everything you need (and more) for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The villa itself is spotless, very well equipped, a real home from home. The outdoor space with private pool allows you to make the most of Lanzarote’s weather, the choice and position of sun beds and seating allow you the choice of sun or shade throughout the day and of course the pool is always on hand for a cool dip. The drive to and from the airport is easy, directions provided were ‘spot on’ and the location of the villa, approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca is ideal. After this experience we’re now converts to villa holidays and will return to this villa without a doubt.
We loved everything and want to stay again. Booking was straightforward and instructions easy to follow. The villa is beautifully cared for, including the pool and garden. It was a longish walk to the beach in the heat of the day so get there early. We would recommend a car as the super market was not close by. We carried a few things in the rucksack each day. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
Just spent two weeks at Casa Blanca with my family. It was our first time here and it was wonderful! A beautiful villa, really well presented with all the comforts of home. The location is fantastic, close to Playa Blanca, Marina Rubicón and some beautiful beaches. Lovely welcome pack from Keith and Ann on arrival which made for the perfect start to our stay. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
We stayed for 11 nights and had a fantastic time.The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed and more.Lovely welcome pack on arrival and Fran was happy to help if you needed anything. A lovely walk into town about 10 minutes with all amenities, but it was lovely to sit in the garden with the pool on hand just to unwind, it was quiet and peaceful to relax. Thank you Ann and Keith for letting us share your lovely home, and I hope we can stay again in the future, Julie and Dave
