A large spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, private heated pool, Jacuzzi, and fantastic sea views. It sleeps up to 8 people and is in the private residential area of Red Volcano - close to the beautiful Flamingo beach, and in-between the 2 is the AquaLava water park for both children and adult’s enjoyment.

The property has a private heated pool, JACUZZI, sunbathing terrace with built in Canarian style BBQ, A covered outdoor POOL TABLE, 2 large parasols, 8 comfortable sun-loungers, 10 patio chairs and 2 patio tables + 4 comfortable wicker sofa chairs under the shaded pergola. In the games room there is also a FOOTBALL TABLE, along with various INFLATABLE POOL items.

Inside you have a magnificent kitchen, lounge, and dining area, leading directly on to the sun terrace, as do 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
The bedrooms comprise of a 1 Super king room, 1 king room and two twin rooms. There are three bathrooms, two with showers, one being a large walk-in shower and the third bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Each bedroom is fitted with an individual Air-conditioning unit that also acts as a Dehumidifier, Heater, or Air Purifier/Filter for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather. They work on a coin meter system and are available to all guests.

The property has a large flat screen TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + most of the main SKY channels including the movies (& some sports); DVD, Video, and CD equipment.

In the fitted kitchen there is a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, full sized oven, and all cooking utensils required.
Although not specially designed for Wheelchair users, all the floors and rooms are on one level even including onto the sun terrace, so extremely easy to move around. Please ask for more information if you are not sure.

Towels and linen are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

For your comfort from 1st October to 30th April use of the electric pool heater is FREE and will give an approximate water temperature of between 26º to 28º C - weather dependent. If you would like additional pool heating during the summer months, please add an additional £100 per week.

Cots and highchairs are available to rent from a local company. They can be pre-ordered and waiting for you at the villa on your arrival. These cost €25 per item per week payable on arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are travelling with a small child, we do not provide bed linen for cots, so please bring your own.

PRICES ARE BASED ON 4 PEOPLE ONLY. Please add an additional £105 per person per week up to a maximum of 8 people. CHILDREN under 2 are FREE.

PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £500 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.
A deposit of 15% of the total holiday price must be paid before the holiday booking can be confirmed. The balance of the holiday price is to be paid via Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer and must be received at least 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

Unlimited Wi-Fi access is FREE.

Final Cleaning is £50 and added to all bookings - the guest is expected to leave all dirty towels and bedding in the hallway and discard all rubbish in the skips provided on the road side. If this is not done then we may charge an additional £50 to cover the additional cleaning time.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) Casa Carlos … ask about the fish of the day at all 3. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas, paella evenings or A la carte meals plus much more.
