Description

The Villa is located in a peaceful and quiet residential area with a large well stocked supermarket nearby, a pharmacist, medical centre, two Tavernas and newsagents, all several minutes walk away.

The large open plan lounge provides a relaxing space with new comfortable sofas, coffee tables. Free Wi FI, Freeview UK TV. 42" flat screen TV. The property is air-conditioned throughout, with newly installed modern, quiet Air conditioning units, (Operated with 2 hour wall timers). The dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs with views over adjacent fields. The kitchen is fitted with quality units and granite worktops. It is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bath/shower room. There is a further king size bedroom and twin bedded room, both have independent access via patio doors to the poolside. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables/bedside tables. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, which is included in the rate. The New swimming pool is 4 x 8m with a poolside shower and shaded areas. Fabulous villa

Stayed for 4 weeks in this lovely villa, equipped with everything you need. Large outside area and lovely pool. Great location and nice quiet development. Will stay again

Booked this villa last year through owner Andy Scott Andy has been the perfect host any queries I had andy was back in touch with me really soon .The villa is exactly as the description and is in a very good plot near the motorway ,met debbie who is Andy's housekeeper very nice lady and very helpful if any problems were to arise Debbie is only too happy to come to villa and fix the problem excellant service although we did not have any issues at all We are already booked for2023 to north Cyprus but will definitely be thinking about 2024 coming back to this villa in pissouri have emailed andy and thanked him for being even better than the perfect host Bryan matthews
