Casa Bella Vista is a characteristic 2 bedroom property, in the heart of beautiful Pereta. Boasting a bright and spacious living area, with stunning views of the Tuscan hills. Pereta is a small, medieval Tuscan village which dates back as far as the 11th Century. The arched stone entrance immediately creates a fairy-tale atmosphere and then wondering the cobbled streets admiring the characteristic houses, ancient churches and its famous watch tower, you feel transported back in time. The friendly locals, amazing restaurants and pizzeria, little bar and quirky shop all add to making your stay very special.

The house consists of a characteristic open plan living area with a sofa, dining table, Kitchen area, wood burning stove and French doors leading out onto the balcony. The main bedroom is large and spacious with views of the Tuscan hills. The second bedroom has two single beds and the option for a third pull out bed. The bathroom has a bath, shower over, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. On the balcony there is a small table and chairs to enjoy a glass of Tuscan wine with a view.

In the house you’ll find everything you need to help you feel at home. In the kitchen there’s pots and pans, plates, mugs etc plus some kitchen basics like washing up liquid, salt, olive oil, herbs etc. All bed linen and towels are provided, even beach towels. There’s also a hairdryer, iron, ice box, beach umbrella. All those things that make your stay that bit easier.

Pereta is perfectly situated for exploring southern Tuscany. Perched on the Tuscan hillside, just a short drive to Saturnia hot springs and so many gorgeous villages such as Magliano in Toscana, Talamone, Scansano, Porto Santo Stefano, Pitigliano, Siena... the list goes on! 25 minutes drive from the Argentario coast with its stunning sandy beaches. Just 20 minutes drive from Albinia train station where you can jump on a train and enjoy a day in Rome or Pisa.

Pereta and the whole region, boasts delicious traditional cuisine and fine wines like DOC Morellino di Scansano.
