This two bedroom, very exclusive and private luxurious villa sleeps 4-5 and offers the highest standard of accommodation in a tranquil secluded setting on the outskirts of the idyllic Greek village of Peratata in the Livathos region of the beautiful island of Kefalonia.
Accommodation comprises a double and a twin bedroom.
A guest bed is also available for a young child only bringing the total possible occupancy to 5.
Each comfortable bedroom has its own luxury en-suite shower/wet room. The villa has a large living area with TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, feature fireplace, dining area, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher.
Air conditioning is available at an additional daily rate
Villa Yasmina also has reliable Wifi access.
Externally, the lounge and bedrooms lead to the large sun terrace with loungers & parasol and marble steps lead down to the private luxurious pool. The custom brick- built family BBQ is situated within the extensive, well-stocked, walled and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Villa Yasmina is ideal for couples or families of 4-5 people. The Villa is located just outside the quiet typically-Greek village of Peratata and is ideal for a peaceful get-away-from-it-all holiday. A car is recommended although there are all the basic needs within walking distance such as bars, cafes, mini market and restaurants.
The villa commands majestic views of the castle and the highest mountain range in the Ionian Islands, Mount Aenos. The village of Peratata, a ten to fifteen minute walk or few minutes drive from Villa Yasmina, has facilities including a mini market, pharmacy, internet cafe/bar, traditional souvlaki taverna, bakery and cake shop. There are many others within a short drive, details can be found in the Information Pack at the Villa.

Captains Table - On the quayside. Good snacks and drinks at reasonable prices.

Surrounding areas:
Lassi - One main street , with a number of Greek tavernas with a good selection of Greek food.
The beach of Makris Gialos is beautiful with watersports, sunbeds and beach cafes.
Argostoli - Is the island's capital and where you will find the largest port. The waterfront has a large pedestrian paved walkway . You can find a bar, have a drink and sit and watch the world go by.
In the pedestrianised street, you will find, boutiques, bakeries, bookshops, jewellers, toy shops, stationers and so much more.
Visit the turtles in Argostoli.....Kefalonia is an important nesting site for Loggerhead sea turtles with Mounda beach being a main nesting site, although turtles come and nest on many of the sandy beaches of the island.
Skala - Situated in the south east of the Island. With a vast beach. a main street with numerous tavernas and shops.
Myrtos Beach - Fantastic sunsets and the location for the making of 'Captain Correlli's Mandolin', the beach that you must see.
Further details:
A short distance outside the village towards Argostoli, larger supermarkets can be found ie Lidl, AB, and Carrefour.
Fuel stations can also be found along the main roads.
A ferry for foot passengers and vehicles, runs between Argostoli and the island's second town, Lixouri, approximately every half hour, between 7.00am and midnight (crossing times vary on Bank Holidays). Fares are around 3 euros for foot passengers and 6 euros for a car.
Changeover Day:
Villa Yasmina is rented on a 7 nights minimum basis.
There is no preferred changeover day. The villa is usually accessible from 4pm and at the end of your holiday the villa must be vacated by 10:00 am to give our Property Managers time to prepare for the next guests.
