Very well equipped villa in a stunning location, close to local beaches and a great selection of restaurants to suit every budget. Lovely private pool and beautiful cove at the bottom with its amazing bar where we spent many of our evenings watching perfect sunsets. Cannot wait to return.
We have just got back from an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The villa was perfect with everything you could possibly need. From the generously sized pool to the modern outdoor seating, we arrived to a spotless villa and it was very evident this villa is very well kept, with every appliance you could need! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The location of the villa was perfect, in a quiet, peaceful cul de sac 2 minutes walk to the beach at the bottom of the road, whilst there were also plenty of supermarkets/a bakery we LOVED no more than a 5 minute walk from the villa. Protaras and Ayia Napa were within 10/15 minute drives from the villa which we enjoyed going out to on a night as they were so easy to get to. The owner was amazing and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. We could not recommend this villa any more. We will be making this our new family holiday every year as we loved it that much. Thankyou once again for letting us stay at your lovely villa.
Sharon answered from my first contact all my questions in a friendly and detailed manner. She also was always available during our stay in the Villa. When the washing machine was broken was initiated by her that this repaired the next day. Elysian Villa was very clean on our arrival inside and outside. The equipment of the kitchen utensils is partly more than adequate. We were able to sleep well in the beds and it was very comfortable outside to sit in the lounge and nice at the outside dining area. Since the weather was very nice we spent the whole time outside. The pool was warm and clean and the location of Villa Elysian is great. It is quiet but nevertheless you are fast at supermarkets, restaurants and two beaches. We were 4 adults and should we go back to Cyprus we would definitely book again Elysian Villa.
We had a wonderful two weeks at this villa. Really clean, everything you would need is there. Free wi-fi, washing machine, air con, plenty of sitting area around the pool, plenty sun beds, a lovely shaded pergola with seating if you want the shade. Table and chairs outside, and not forgetting the washing line used daily to dry beach towels etc. The beach and many bars found a few minute walk away. We really had a wonderful time and will be returning there. Thank you the owners for providing everything we needed to make it a great holiday.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Elysian Villa. The Villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived in a really quiet and great location for the nearby beaches, restaurants and supermarkets of Kapparis. It was really well equipped and presented. The outside area was superbly designed with a shaded seating area, sun-loungers and dining area. There was a BBQ area with outside sink. We would definitely stay here again.
Excellent villa everything you could need. Villa was modern and well kept clean and tidy. Good size pool and outdoor seating areas as well as shaded area for when the heat gets too much. We were a family of 3 adults and 1 child and suited all our needs. The villa is situated within walking distance of bars restaurants and supermarkets where you can get all your needs but is fairly quite,if you like abit of entertainment, other resorts are near for that if you require it and a taxis ride of 10 minutes you are there for about 10. When using taxis if you mention you are staying in blue water they find you easily. The owner of the villa kept in contact while booking and during and after our holiday we had no issues. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and we would recommend to others and we hope to return.
