What can we say about this wonderful apartment, the complex and the surroundings that have not already been said in previous reviews? I think the fact that we have already booked for next year says it all. The owners Peter and Sandra are so courteous and easy to deal with, and respond very quickly to any queries. The keyholders Kelly and Ray are always on hand should anything be needed. All in all, a wonderful holiday.

Have just returned from a week longer stay at the apartment in Palm Mar. Its was ideal for a relaxing peaceful holiday. The apartment was extremely clean and well looked after, with everything you could need for your stay supplied.. The complex is a quiet peaceful place with access to the swimming pool on site for your use. The TV has UK TV stations should you need them.. The local area has all the shops you made need, supermarket, pharmacy, cafe bars, restaurants, water sports hire, paper shop, car hire, gym, all within walking distance of the apartment. Playa Arenita (the beach) is just down the road and has a beautiful promenade walk, as well as the swimming in the sea or paddling there's places to soak up the sun for the day! (life guards are present) A beach bar serves a variety of alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks and snacks, whilst at the end of the promenade there is a beach bar/restaurant club.. I so enjoyed my stay I will be booking again soon.

Here’s my review: What a lovely apartment, clean throughout and spacious. The complex is immaculate and quiet with a good size pool. Used the tennis and paddleball court throughout the week which was fun. Met by your representative who showed us around and explained everything. The owners Peter and Sandra were great to deal with too. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone. Will - Weston-Super-Mare. 10th - 17th April 2019
From Sue and Ian We have been returning to this lovely apartment in Palm Mar for many years. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Tenerife’s sunny climate. The apartment is spacious always spotlessly clean and has everything you would want in a self catering apartment. The new addition of free WiFi is an added bonus. The person who looks after the property is very helpful knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help with any queries. Palm Mar is a quiet place and has grown over the years offering many bars, restaurants and a limited bus service. We have always hired a car for easy access to visit many places across the island. It’s a short journey from the airport with easy access to the motorway so Palm Mar is ideally situated for visiting the busy resorts of Los Cristianos, Las America’s and the many pretty villages further inland. Highly recommended
The apartment was clean, airy and spacious with good facilities and well stocked. It feels quite private as although in a complex much of it is not overlooked, especially the bedroom being next to the hillside. The balcony/patio area is large with good views, partial sea views and allows a choice of sun or shade for most of the day. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area yet is close to the airport and convenient for the motorway for other resorts. The pool area, communal areas and complex were clean and well maintained, grounds were clear of rubbish and well tended. Palm Mar has good parking facilities and we can recommend The Club House sports bar for a lively evening with economical food and drink (and the cleanest toilets I have ever seen in Spain) plus there is a lovely relaxing beach bar at Bahia Beach. Your representative was approachable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to any queries and was frequently in the locality if needed. The weather was superb for the whole 3 weeks although I know this cannot be guaranteed in December. We will definitely return. Thanks and regards, Jane and Wes
Review of our stay 3rd Nov 2018 until 24th Nov 2018. This was our 3rd visit to this lovely apartment. Firstly the Apartment is beautifully clean, with lots of everyday equipment that you would have at home. It is very secure being on the 3rd Floor with a 4 lever deadlock entrance door and a safe for valuables. Great sea view from the balcony and beautiful grounds to relax in. Palm Mar is a lovely unspoilt place with a good selection of shops, restaurants and even a Gym. There is a promenade walk close to the apartment. You are only 10 minutes by car from the motorway and the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and playa Americas. Your representative is wonderful, standard of cleaning is the best we have seen anywhere, she is very helpful and kind. Thank you for another great stay. John and Debra.
