Description
The villa benefits from a quiet and secluded location among century old olive and fruit trees and is a 12 minute drive from the historic “white town” of Ostuni with its many excellent restaurants, and conveniently close to Carovigno for local shopping, bars and “take away” chicken from the Rosticceria (recommended!). We are also only a 15 minute or so drive from the coast with its beaches, lido’s and nature reserves.The house is composed of 3 bedrooms (two with queen-size beds, one twin), 1 family bathroom and two en-suites (all with shower, toilet and bidet). There is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and remote control fans in the picturesque “trullo” bedroom, which remains cool throughout the summer. Central heating is also available for low season rentals
There’s a modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and microwave; plus a large freezer and a washing machine for guest use within an outside utility room.
The cool and spacious open plan lounge/dining room features comfortable furnishings and a long table that’s ideal for family dining.
There is a 48 inch TV with Sky, a DVD and CD player. We also provide a large selection of books and popular games plus a comprehensive collection of English DVD’s for guest use.
At the front of the villa is a spacious covered veranda with table and benches for dining and relaxing. There is a pagoda area featuring jasmine bushes with a stone table a BBQ oven. A roof terrace with distant sea views is reached via stone steps.
One of the highlights is a large and fully fenced and paved swimming pool 14m x 8m with diving board and lights. The pool garden area features 9 olive trees, lemon fig trees and is surrounded by oleander bushes. The pool and terraces are illuminated for evening relaxing and swimming. In 2024 we installed a bar by the pool with fridge for easy access to cooling drinks!. There’s plenty of paved sun terrace around the pool for secluded sunbathing and relaxing, with large modern sun umbrellas and loungers provided.
Our “meet and greet” service (English speaking) ensures that you are welcomed to the villa and shown how everything works, We also supply linen, bath and pool towels and a welcome hamper
We include the use of Electricity, Air- Conditioning, use of water and Gas, and have installed Wi-Fi which is complimentary.

Wonderful and relaxing time

The location is perfect, close to all the lovely towns in Puglia and of course the beach. We rented a boat in Villa Nova which is recommendable.
