A shingle beach can be found in Argegno (10 mins drive), golden sand man-made beach (20 mins drive), Milan (for shopping and football) 45 mins, Golf in Como (20 mins), Switzerland (designer outlet, Lake Lugano, san Mortitz) are all easily reachable from your home as the swiss boarder is only 20 mins by car.

Outside: Two private gardens one at apartment level and another at pool level, private balcony with wonderful lake views. Plus communal garden. Shared pool with 4 other apartments only. Communal parking at the bottom of the steps from the apartment next to the lake plus secure private parking space for exclusive use of your home here in the village. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service 140€: Full cleaning provided between each guests stay to ensure the apartment has kept immaculately prior to your visit. All towels, linen and bedding included.
Steps to the home may deem the home unsuitable for elderly, infirm or young children. The interior of the home is located on one level with gardens on 2 levels outside.
