Villa in Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida - Superb Location Close To All AmenitiesWhy not enjoy Florida in luxury and tranquillity in our exceptional 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with its south facing pool overlooking the woodland conservation area. Whilst being in this safe, quiet haven in a gated community, you will still be within easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the other Orlando attractions.
Wekiva Villa boasts two identical master suites, with sumptuous king size beds and luxurious bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for one or two families sharing. One suite has patio doors to the secluded pool deck, the other has patio doors to a private balcony with a stunning woodland and lake view. Relax by the pool and spa in the wonderful year round Florida sunshine, dine alfresco under the covered lanai, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. Meanwhile our fully equipped games room will keep the more active members of the family entertained. The villa is extremely spacious and beautifully furnished to provide maximum comfort and luxury.
We have free fast (500mps) WiFi which can handle multiple devices. The pool can be heated by electric heating in the winter months. The villa is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the great room as well as on the lanai. There are large screen smart TVs in all bedrooms. The great room has a very large (85”) 4k tv with sound bar providing a cinematic experience when relaxing after a busy day out. There is also an X box connected to a 40" TV on the landing. There are electrical outlets with USB and USBC plugs so you don't have to worry about adaptors for your chargers. Everything is designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The villa has been recarpeted in March 2024 and in 2025 has had the downstairs master en-suite re modeled and new patio furniture.

By L Maguire on 21-Dec-2024Beautiful villa in a lovely, peaceful gated community. The villa was well kept and had everything needed for self catering. Games room and pool were a great way to relax in the evenings. Great location, drive to disney was about 15-20 minutes and universal/i drive area around 30 mins with traffic. Very close to old town and shops on the 192. Would definitely recommend and would look to stay again on our return to Florida.
5* Stay Lovely Villa
By Kirsty Websdale on 10-May-2024The Villa was exactly as expected and more! its in a perfect location close to the parks & all Amenities, but still in a more rural area which is lovely and quiet. It was lovely and Clean & fully Equipped with all that we needed for 2 week stay. The outlook from the pool is beautiful can got to witness some lovely wildlife in the natural reserve. it had so many helpful things for my two years old ( stair gates, cot, travel cot, highchair and more) so i didn't need to think about all the extra's we may have needed to take with us. The Owners were lovely and had great communication throughout and gave me lots of helpful information for our stay. We will definitely be returning in the hopefully not so distant future. Highly Recommended!

Very convenient for all the parks. I am an ex -owner who took great care of my home and its no different with Peter and Karen''s home. I would definitely recommend this villa, it is very clean, and up to date with modern fixture''s, TV''s etc and the finer touches are evident

By Tracey Ollington on 24-Mar-2023The Villa was spacious and very nicely decorated out. The pool was an ample size and with ample shade so you can sit out at any time of the day. The Villa was extremely well stocked, with all the equipment you may need, plenty of cups, plates, knives and forks and extra items that you may not think you will need but will! Everything has been thought about to make you stay a fantastic experience. My family and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you.
