2 Bedroom townhouse with private garden and shared pool.
Our 2 bedroom house benefits from 3 terraced areas, outside kitchen area with gas BBQ, mini fridge and sink, private back garden leading onto the beautiful large gardens and swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The is also a children's play area situated away from the main pool and gardens.
The back terraces and the bedroom terrace get the sun from early morning to mid afternoon. The front terrace gets the sun from mid afternoon until sunset.
There is plenty of parking and the condominium is gated for your security. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
The bedrooms both have hairdryers.
Stays of longer than 7 nights will include a bedlinen and towel change.
We supply beach towels, all we ask is you wash them before you leave.
Check in time is 3pm
Check out time is 10am although we do try to be flexible depending on bookings.
We will require as per the Portuguese law some personal details before you arrive, so please look out for an email with the requirements needed a week before you are due to arrive. There is also a Tourist tax now payable In Portugal which is 2 Euros per person, per night (anyone over 12) with a limit of 14 Euros per person. This can either be paid in advance or when you arrive.
On Arrival you will be met by our property manager who will show you around the property and answer any questions you may have.
