Welcome to our Family holiday home, set in the heart of Olhos Da Agua.
We have 5 all suite bedrooms, set over 2 floors, a private swiming pool, with a small secure arden and secure parking for 2 vehicle.
Beroom 1: The Green Room, is a large ground floor bedroom, King size wooden bed, dresser, 2 x bedside tables with lamps , built in wardrobe. The en suite has bath/shower combo , washbasin vanity and toilet. This is perfect if you are not able to climb stairs and is a bit more private space. There is direct access to the gardens and pool areas, as well as the kitchen. This is a wheelchair accessible bedroom , with no stairs
The kitchen is fitted with all amenities, large fridge/freezer combo , dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hand held mixer , oven and stove.
All crockery, cutlery , cookware, glassware provided.
This leads to the dining room with seating for 10. A large side board with crockery, cutlery and glasswares
The lounge area leads off to the right, a large sofa and 2 armchairs , and a fireplace for those chilly winter evenings.
There is a Cinema room, tucked away next to the lovely wooden and wrought iron banister, with a lage screen smart tv, streaming services and fibre optic throughout.
Bedroom 2 is at the top of the stairs :
The Yellow room, with double bed , 2 x bedside tables, with lamps, built in wardrobe and the ensuite shower room, consisting of shower, washbasin vanity, toilet and bidet
There is a private terrace set up with bistro table and 2 chairs.
Bedroom 3: Turquoise Room, is to the right, with beautiful King Size Vietnamese Wooden bed suite, dresser and 2 x bedside tables with lamps. There is a large built in wardrobe. This ensuite is a shower room with toilet, bidet and washbasin vanity
Bedroom 4 : Twin Pink and Grey Bedroom , to the left of the yellow room
Set up with 2 x single adult sized beds, dresser, 2 x bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and en suite , with shower/bath combo, washbasin vanity, tilet and bidet.
There is also a private roof terrace with a bistro table and 2 chairs.
Bedroom 5: The Red Room has a large double bed, with 2 bedside tables and lamps, a dresser, and a built in wardrobe. The private trace has a bistro table and 2 chairs. The ensuite is shower/bath combo with washbasin vanity, toilet and bidet.
There is fast unlimited fibre optic throughout
There is air con throught out.
We can accommadate 10 adults +2 children on portable beds(under 12)
We offer discounts for longer term rentals from 1st October to end MAy/June, and holiday rentals for the summer
This is a NO SMOKING/VAPING property.
