Charming luxurious Andalucian 5 bedroom villa in an exclusive gated community in Nueva Andalucia - above the well known Puerto Banus, with magnificent sea views from Marbella to Gibraltar and the mountains and La Conche behind.
The villa is our family home with 5 spacious bedrooms - all with King size or Superking beds, 5 bathrooms (4 of them ensuite)
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, A/Cs in all rooms, 2 large terraces and a garden.
The private pool has plenty of room on the terrace for up to 10 sunbeds and a covered seating area. Further along the terrace is a second seating area and at the end is an outside kitchen with sink, 2 x BBQs, cooker and hob plus a lovely solid wood trunk dining table set in a shady area.
The living area is bright and open with seating for 9/10 people and 3 sets of patio doors out onto the terrace. There is a 10 seater indoor dining area.
There is also a cot, high chair and potty for babies, but be aware that there is no fencing around the pool and the many stairs are marble.
The villa is a short distance from all types of facilities and amenities - a few minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banus and its gorgeous beaches.
This is an ideal villa for families, especially multigenerational or two families holidaying together. Alternatively for responsible groups and couples.

NB The villa is not suitable for disabled or mobility impaired people as there are many stairs - up to the front door and up and down to the bedrooms - although there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The community rules will also apply - ie quiet noise outside after 10pm and no outside noise after midnight (No wild parties 'tll 2/3am!!)
There are also baby/child facilities, but be aware that there is no fencing around the pool and the many stairs are marble. The outside metal steps down to the garden are open with only a handrail. Children (and elderly less mobile) will need to be supervised.
