The decor, furnishings & appliances are of the highest standard. The large appliances are Miele & the small appliances are Dolce & Gabbana Smeg.
On the top floor is your own private bar with a lounge area that looks over the main pool & beautiful gardens & it also has perfect mountain views. The bar is equipped with Phillips Hue lighting. Just give a list of your drinks requirements and you can order directly from the local butchers/wine merchants and we’ll have them there ready for you.
There is a huge amount of wardrobe space. The beds are top of the range, bed 1 is a double, bed 2 is a super king & bed 3 is a king size, but we can change it to two singles if this is required.
There are big smart TVs in every bedroom. The sun in Marbella is very bright from early morning, all bedrooms have black out curtains, you will not have a disturbed sleep.
The marble bathrooms are beautiful, (one has a double ended bath), the mirrors have inbuilt speakers you can control from your mobile, as with the ceiling speaker in bedroom 1 & the Alexa speaker in your rooftop bar.
The terraces get all day sun, but if you like shade, there are awnings on both terraces.
There is a very useful 15m2 storage area for cases etc, so they are not in your daily space.
The marble table on lounge terrace, which also looks over the pool & stunning gardens shows seating for 6, but it accommodates & the extra seats are in the storage area.
We have extended the WIFI signal to cover most of the main pool area, so you will hopefully not need to use data roaming.
The complex has 3 swimming pools, one is indoor & there is a gym and sauna. The huge communal gardens are a stunning oasis & have won many awards. The apartment/townhouse looks directly onto the main pool.
The property is ultra central, metres away, literally on your doorstep, you are surrounded by an abundance of upmarket bars, international & local restaurants, night clubs & pool clubs as well as tennis & golf clubs. There is 24hr security, CCTV and patrols. It is exceptionally safe.
You are also in walking distance to the port & beaches. However, if you do have a car for days out, you have your own numbered dedicated underground parking space right next to the lift, which takes you to your front door.
We do not charge cleaning fees, if you would like mid term cleaning, ironing, linen changes etc, please let us know in advance and we can arrange to put you in direct contact with the cleaning company we use.

A lively Saturday and Sunday market is a five minute walk away with bars and stalls busy and full of atmosphere, perfect for a day of shopping or a good breakfast or lunch.
The Golden Mile is a 5 min taxi/drive with the five star Puente Romano and Marbella Club hotel offering upmarket nightlife, restaurants Nobu, Serafina, Lena, Mamzel and Notablu to name a few. The area and location of the villa are unbeatable. So central to enjoy all Puerto Banus and Marbella have to offer, yet slightly set back from the port so peaceful.

You have access to the apartment and all the beautiful grounds on the complex, with the 3 pools a gym and stunning gardens that look even more breathtaking at night.

Cleaning Fees
We don't charge cleaning fees and if you would like mid stay cleaning, ironing, linen changes etc, you can deal directly with the cleaning company we use for changeovers and who know the property well, and whose prices are very reasonable. If you can, please let us know in advance, so we can tell them to reserve the time you require.

We can sometimes offer discounts on 2 week and monthly stays.

Getting Around
Probably everything you could need can be walked within 5-10 mins, or maximum a very short taxi drive if you prefer.
How to get here:
40 minutes from Malaga airport. Either take the bus form the airport to Marbella bus station (7-8 euros) which has air con and is lovely or if there’s a few of you take a taxi. If booked online in advance it should cost around €80 - €100, depending on the group size.
