This is a beautiful villa within walking distance to restaurants and shops The Villa it’s self was clean and comfortable with everything you needed the pool and the bbq area where particularly lovely areas to relax..
Wow what an amazing villa - superb facilities felt like a home from home We wanted for nothing from start to finish - from the offset we were well informed and guided to make transfers too and from the villa as well as brilliant local info before we travelled. There are restaurants nearby and a local supermarket and a short walk to the beach. Pool was great too - would definitely recommend

Villa Beyaz Ev was without doubt the most comprehensively equipped Villa we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The Villa layout was excellent and the outside areas were absolutely the best. We’ve stayed in many Villas in Northern Cyprus but have never had a Villa with the choice of four outdoor dining tables!! We made use of them all apart from the table in the BBQ area, as just being the two of us we didn’t bother with the bbq but would be fantastic for families or bigger groups. The Villa, gardens and pool area are immaculately maintained. There are plenty of comfortable outdoor seating areas to sit offering a choice of sun or shade, each with their own differing views. I personally love the views up the mountains. We found the beds comfortable and the bathrooms/shower rooms great. From start to finish the communication with the Owners was always prompt and efficient, including during our stay.. The Owners really have thought of everything with this Villa, the attention to detail is outstanding. We hired a car for the entire duration of our stay but it was only about a 10 minute walk if you choose to walk to the main road and catch a dolmus/bus. Bus travel is cheap. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the locality. If you decide to eat in at all the kitchen has everything you need with excellent facilities. The welcome pack was perfect, cheese and wine after our journey, what more could you want!! If you’ve never been to Northern Cyprus before there are many wonderful places to visit and explore. Also any walking enthusiast will not be disappointed, absolutely stunning walks to be had, particularly beautiful in spring time. We found the locals to be very friendly and we always felt safe. We have no hesitation in recommending this Villa for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Oh and Jackie and Ern, who live locally and look after the Villa, were extremely helpful when needed. Finally we stayed as a couple but Villa Beyaz Ev would also be perfect for families.

I recently stayed at Bevaz Ev with my husband and 2 other adults. The Villa is very well equipped very comfortable, well designed with a lovely garden and pool. The citrus fruit trees are lovely to see. The local area is a nice neighbourhood and you can make your way by car up the back roads to Bellapais and Ozonkoy avoiding the busy main road into Kyrenia. I would certainly recommend this villa and would be happy to return and re-book this property.
We stayed in July 2022 and had a wonderful holiday. It was our fourth time in the Kyrenia area and this was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. It felt like a real home from home and the owners had clearly taken time to make sure that it felt that way. There were plenty of places to sit during the day whether you wanted to sit in or out of the sun. The pool was a good size, bigger than most villas and it had a good deep end with easy access steps at the shallower end. We enjoyed the BBQ area which is exceptionally kitted out and favourite part of the night was on the upstairs veranda where there were plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in and enjoy a drink. Jacky was on hand if we needed and her local knowledge was invaluable. Close to Kyrenia harbour which is only a short taxi ride away - about 10 mins and very reasonable. Worth having Whatsapp so you can send your location to the taxi - easier for them to find you. Will definitely be back
Stayed at a few different villas and hotels in the Kyrenia area and this by far had the best of everything .Nice quiet location, 15 min walk or 5 min drive to bars , supermarket , restaurants ect . The Villa has every thing you need . You get the sun round the pool from first thing in the morning until sunset . There’s also four different places at the villa where you can eat or just relax in the shade or sun , all with comfy cushions . The sun loungers are also very comfortable . The interior was spotless . The gardens around the villa are beautiful . If I had a choice of staying at a 5 star hotel or this Villa it would be this villa everyday of the week .
