Description
Our apartment is on the 5 th floor and is a penthouse-apartment. It is ideally situated in Nerja town where you can go for a meal in one of the many restaurants walk to the famous Balcon de Europa or along the beach and enjoy a wine and walk back. The apartment has good quality furniture, good internet and uk Tv. The weather here is good all year round as the town is protected by the beautiful mountains. There are many beaches, some quiet and some with water sports. Nerja has many shops, cafes and beach bars. Explore the town on a horse-drawn carriage or by small train. The old part of town is virtually unchanged with narrow winding streets and iron terraces overflowing with flowers. The people of this town enjoy the visitors and have fiestas every month where you see their joyful character as they walk through the streets. From the apartment roof you look upon small pieces of land owned by the towns folk where they grow their vegetables and plants and enjoy their weekends on the beachfront. You can also see the river and the new walk-way which takes you to the beach and around the town with seating to enjoy views, and flowers all the way. From the roof terrace you can enjoy an evening meal and watch the sunset behind the mountains.You will never forget the views from here. The terrace is very large private and quiet. There are various sunbeds,chairs and tables for your use. There are also beach chairs,parasols etc to use when you visit the beaches.23 Reviews

By Lee & Vicky on 06-Mar-2025A lovely apartment with fantastic views from the living room, bedroom and obviously the brilliant rooftop terrace. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, the kitchen had everything you need to cook meal's, Dorothy left really good information to help,there is also a good selection of games to keep you busy in case the weather isn't up too much.

Lovely roof terrace
By Gill on 14-Jul-2024Spent a week at this well equipped apartment, close to the beach, town and supermarket. Apartment clean and comfortable. Roof Terrace was lovely especially in the mornings and evenings.

It’s comfortably furnished with every amenity you could want on holiday, and the sun terrace is stunning. Sun all day long and a magnificent view over sea and mountains. Having a car parking space in the gated car park is a real bonus. The beach is a five-minute walk away and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the centre of beautiful Nerja with its many superb restaurants and shops. This apartment is a real gem! We can’t wait for August to roll round!

Perfect Apartment In Perfect Location
By Alison Greenwood on 20-Jun-2023My partner and I have had the good fortune to stay in this apartment several times over the last few years the last time being June/July 2023. The location of the apartment is perfectly situated just on the edge of town with only a 10-15 minute walk to the Balcon De Europa with other bars / restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. No need to join the long taxi queues at the end of a night out. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is clean, well-presented and comfortable and now with a spacious walk-in shower and there is effective air-conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. The kitchen has everything you should need. The piece de resistance though is the spacious sun terrace where you have the sun from late morning all day but there is also shade available if you need it. A quiet setting with a sea view. Communication with Dorothy is excellent too and any queries before or during holiday are answered quickly. Would we revisit? You can put your money on it!
