Spent a week at this well equipped apartment, close to the beach, town and supermarket. Apartment clean and comfortable. Roof Terrace was lovely especially in the mornings and evenings.
We have had many holidays at this apartment. The location, the roof terrace, and all the comforts of home are combined to make it the perfect place to spend a week or two.

We’ve stayed in this apartment a number of times and have come to look on it as our second home! It’s comfortably furnished with every amenity you could want on holiday, and the sun terrace is stunning. Sun all day long and a magnificent view over sea and mountains. Having a car parking space in the gated car park is a real bonus. The beach is a five-minute walk away and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the centre of beautiful Nerja with its many superb restaurants and shops. This apartment is a real gem! We can’t wait for August to roll round!

My partner and I have had the good fortune to stay in this apartment several times over the last few years the last time being June/July 2023. The location of the apartment is perfectly situated just on the edge of town with only a 10-15 minute walk to the Balcon De Europa with other bars / restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. No need to join the long taxi queues at the end of a night out. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is clean, well-presented and comfortable and now with a spacious walk-in shower and there is effective air-conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. The kitchen has everything you should need. The piece de resistance though is the spacious sun terrace where you have the sun from late morning all day but there is also shade available if you need it. A quiet setting with a sea view. Communication with Dorothy is excellent too and any queries before or during holiday are answered quickly. Would we revisit? You can put your money on it!

A beautifully presented penthouse apartment with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains from the living room, bedroom and roof terrace. Ideal location for the beach or centre of Nerja. Lift access and allocated parking. Could not fault it.
Just returned after 12 days at Dorothy lovely apartment, the communication with her from start to finish was first class Her description of the apartment is correct the roof terrace where we spent most morning and evening was an added bonus, to witness the the evening sun setting with a cool drink was a great way to finish the day off. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and has everything that one requires with modern tasteful decor that you can see Dorothy has put a lot of thought into this adding her own personal touch. The apartment is set on the edge of Nerja town center with a 10 minute walk to the Balcon where you pass plenty of tapas bars and restaurants where you can stop and enjoy the night with the locals or carry on your walk to the more touristy center of Nerja - both have their benefits depending on your mood. The local beach is only a 5 minute stroll and the apartment is well equipped with beach chair, umbrellas and cool boxes which is another plus to the apartment. We used the car parking space under the apartment which was secure and had direct access to the apartment, we didn't use the car a lot on our stay as the there was a supermarket in walking distance and it was easier to walk than try and find parking spaces within the town center. All in all we would highly recommend this apartment it is excellent value for money, very well kept and has the benefit of being close to the beach and just far enough away from the busy Balcon area to enjoy a relaxing "Spanish" holiday but also close enough to walk to the center to experience the Nerja nightlife however on your way there don't be afraid to stop off for a drink and a free tapas at a local bar.... honestly you want regret it We will be returning to Dorothy apartment which in our opinion is a good enough endorsement to recommend it to others
