Casa Caribe villa is a beautiful traditional Spanish villa, that has been completely refurbished by the current owners. The villa offers lovely accommodation for up to eight people, four double bedrooms three bathrooms one of which is en suite, an open plan lounge dining area and very well equipped kitchen.
We have made every effort to tick all the boxes so that you have a hassle free holiday all towels are at your disposal as are swimming pool towels. The pool area is to the front of the villa set down four steps to the pool terrace, which has a large area for relaxing and sun bathing. We have a gated entrance to the pool as the safety of toddlers and young children is important to us as we have young grand children to watch over when we holiday at the villa also.

A newly constructed out door kitchen/ BBQ, is on the alfresco terrace to the front of the villa and faces the pool area and Ifach golf course, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the same terrace there is a pergola for those wanting some shade time in the middle of the day, the sun rises in the morning, and is with you on the terrace to early evening.

The villa is gated and secured; the drive has capacity for four vehicles if required.

The villa is situated in a very nice area called SAN JAIME and is about five minutes by car to the Centre of Moraira where you will find everything you could possibly need, great restaurants from varying prices and numerous boutiques plus of course a good selection of supermarkets.

It offers excellent accommodation of a high standard and being all on one floor is ideal for parties with young children or limited mobility. Casa Caribe offers space and seclusion whilst being a stones throw from the amenities Moraira has to offer. Within 5 minutes walk are three or four very good restaurants and a little further (10 minutes walk) is a very large selection of restaurants, bars and a large supermarket. A truly best of both worlds location. Casa Caribe is a very good choice for couples who golf with a direct view over Moraira's Ifach golf course. Ideal for families also lovely child friendly beaches in both Moraira and El, Portet
