This immaculate villa has been totally refurbished to the highest of standards and provides all the creature comforts of a modern family home. 5 minutes drive from the port of Moraira. The villa is set in its own secure grounds with a private 8x4m pool, numerous terraces and a garden with various fruit trees. Ideal for 1 or 2 families with plenty of comfy sofa's and chairs for everyone, hi outside you'll find a summer kitchen with built in BBQ sited next to the pool, ideal for that perfect al fresco dining. Inside is a modern lounge with English TV free view package, DVD with surround sound. There is a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob fridge freezer and all the utensils you'll ever need. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, one with walk in wardrobe and a separate shower room serves bedroom 3.

Notes on accomodation;
The villa is on a relatively flat plot within a cul-de-sac of only 5 properties.Access to the villa is without steps.With the exception of the lounge all accommodation is on one level. Outside there is a summer kitchen with built in BBQ and sink ideal for Al fresco dining. The villa is family friendly and there are plenty of toys and games to keep the children entertained. A travel cot with bedding, highchair and hooded baby towels are available on request,free of charge.All windows are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are fitted in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a built in safe for your use. The villa is a no smoking villa inside,ashtrays are available in the outside areas. Outside: There is a large terrace surrounding the private 8x4m pool and 2 more terraces from the first floor lounge, one covered and one open offering open sea views towards Calpe rock also the Sierra Bernia Mountains, Moraira and Benitachell. Numerous sun loungers, chairs, tables, garden furniture, barbecue, large sun blind, parasol are all available for use. There is also a garden with various palms, orange, lemon, grapefruit, plum and pomegranate trees, help yourself when in season. Utility Room: Separate area with washing machine. Iron and ironing board available. Cleaning,bath/hand towels all included in total cost. Beach towels are not supplied. A change of linen is offered for stays over 1 week at additional cost. A washing machine and ironing facilities are available for your use. The property is cleaned prior to arrival. Other: Naya with dining table and 6 chairs with doors leading to the pool terrace.FREE FIBRE BROADBAND WITH WI-FI ACCESS.

Booking Notes:
PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR FIRST WEEK, ADDITIONAL DAYS/WEEKS ARE CHARGED AT A 10% DISCOUNT.
Bookings can be made by telephone or E-mail. Bookings are secured by a deposit of 25% with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure.We accept cheque, bank transfer and credit/debit cards through pay pal. Should your plans change due to unforseen circumstances we will refund all or part of your deposit if we can re-let your chosen dates.Key collection details will be provided approximately 2 wks. prior to departure. A deposit of £100 is required to cover breakages and key return. This will be returned once the villa has been checked.

Changeover Day:
Flexible with departures by 10am and arrival after 4pm where departures and arrivals fall on the same day.

The nearest beach is approx 1.5km away the main beaches in the Moraira area have been awarded blue flag status.

Travel:

Alicante airport is approx a 1 hour drive away with Valencia being approx 1 hour 15 minutes. Car hire at both airports is easy, full directions to the villa will be supplied. Car hire is essential.

Distances:

Moraira is the local town with the larger towns of Javea and Calpe only a 20 minute drive away. Benidorm with all its theme parks is only a 30 minute drive away.

Further Details:

Moraira is one of the prettiest, unspoilt and well kept towns on the Costa Blanca. It has an impressive marina and various bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are 3 sandy beaches with one of the best, child friendly being El Portet. There is a bustling market every Friday in Moraira.
