Description
This detached villa has a comfortable atmosphere and is only a 20 minute walk from Moraira. The house is divided into, the main villa with a apartment underneath (that will not be rented out separately), each with its own entrance. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen in galley style. The kitchen is American style to the living room with TV and a fireplace to create the feeling of – at home on holiday. French doors lead out onto a sunny terrace from where you can enjoy stunning views towards Moraira and the Calpe Ifach Rock. The dining room is just outside the L-shaped, spacious lounge and has a staircase which leads to the pool and terrace. Both the lounge and upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. This floor has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and a family shower room.
The ground floor has a private entrance leading to a fully fitted American kitchen. Being an open plan lounge/dining room with kitchen, it gives you a cozy feeling. This apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and a shower room. The plot with its Mediterranean garden is securely fenced and has its own 8 x 4 m private pool and BBQ area. There is off-road parking for two cars and additional parking on the road. A Mexican,Italian, German and English breakfast restaurant is also only a few minutes walk.

Accessibility
From the road 1 step to the upstairs apartment. From upstairs there are 12 steps to the pool and from the pool 4 steps up to the lower apartment.
Outside the Property
The plot with its Mediterranean garden is securely gated and has its own private pool with a size of 8 x 4 m. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet near the pool. Charcoal BBQ area with seating. There is off-road parking for two cars and additional on-road parking.
Details on the Coast and Beach
Both the main beach of Moraira and the beach of El Portet are close by (2 -3 km) and the bars and many restaurants in Moraira are just a 5 minute drive or a good 20 minute walk. There are other lovely beach resorts such as Calpe, Altea and Javea, all within a 30 minute drive.
Golf Details
Close to several high quality golf courses, Club Golf ifach in Moraira and Javea Golf Club are a 10 minute drive from the villa and are open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.
Travelling to the Property
Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 5 minute drive. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, Gandia and Oliva, all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.
Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
Booking Notes:
Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.
The villa has got air conditioning in the bedrooms at a surcharge of 75 euros a week. The living room upstairs and the bedrooms upstairs also have ceiling fans.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
1 small dog permitted on request.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that willful and negligent behavior is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
Further Details
Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure. In the months May/June and September the top part of the villa can be rented seperately if you don´t need a large property. Prices on request available.
