This modern family villa is in a great location, with a spacious garden for the children to play soccer, sea view from the dining room and kitchen.On the pool terrace there is a relaxed Bali bed the lay in the shade overlooking the pool and palm trees.Its only a 2 minute drive or a good 15 minute walk to a supermarket, bar and restaurant. Moraira with its beautiful beach is a 7 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. The villa itself is all on one level with only 10 steps down to the pool and garden. Benefits from 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, diner, fully fitted kitchen, private parking, air conditioning throughout, fiber optic WiFi and English free view TV channels.

The living room/dining room is open. Dining table with 6 chairs. From the dining room you can enjoy the views all the way to Moraira and the sea. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, TV with English Free view channels, fiber optic wifi and a separate desk to work on.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. It is partly closed towards the dining area with a bar. In the dining area are 2 breakfast stools. The washing machine is in a separate underbuild. Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine.

Bedroom 1

The master is a Super King bed (2 separate mattresses in one frame), built in wardrobe, Air Con & private balcony.

Accessibility
To access the villa there are 4 steps in total. To get to the lower pool area there are 10 steps down. The villa itself is all on one level.

Outside the Property
There is a secure private parking for at least 3 cars. There is a kidney shaped pool with a Bali bed to relax and enjoy the sun, table with 6 chairs, sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and a gas bbq. Grass in the garden with goalpost. Heated pool available outside July and August at extra cost if required.

Details on the Coast and Beach
The main sandy beach of Moraira and the town Moriara is only 3 km away. Only 1 km away from the villa you will find a small center with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket.

Golf Details
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 12 minutes by car.

Travelling to the Property
Car hire would be strongly recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 93 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 10 km from here.

Booking Notes
1 pet is considered. Only when requested directly in the first contact.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Pool heating included between September and May. Not required July and August.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that willful and negligent behavior is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
