Absolutely fantastic modern holiday villa located in the popular area of San Jaime in Moraira. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, separate fully fitted kitchen, dining area, large living room and separate lounge.  The lower level houses all the living area and 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms (1 en-suite shower room and separate bathroom).  Upstairs a further master suite with separate dressing area and large en-suite bathroom and further double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  Large balcony leading off both bedrooms upstairs.  Outside, a wonderful 8 X 4 private pool with lounge and table in the pool.A beautiful covered terrace with comfortable lounge seats,and ther is pool shower.  Plenty of outside seating and dining for that amazing holiday experience. Air conditioning throughout, wifi, mosquito nets, fitted wardrobes, blinds and Satellite TV.

Air conditioning is charged extra at €85 per week.

A 20% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that willful and negligent behavior is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Details on the Coast and Beach
The beach is approx. 3 km from the villa and it is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Golf Details
The local 9 hole Golf de Ifach course is less than a 1 km walk from the villa. Javea, La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.

Travelling to the Property
Use of a car is needed as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast

Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.

Further Details
Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
